    Ma'am pl.help me..I have been taking Millet Ambali since November 2023 in a proper way..soaking for 8 hours.. fermenting and taking 2 times. But the quantity is 40 grms all day..I have stopped eating wheat rice and milk and sugar..but still I am facing constipation. I am also following Dr. khader Vali protocol for constipation.       There is a specific sequence and proportion of millets to be consumed for each disease. The same for hyperthyroidism to consume millets so that the right nutrients are received.

    🙏🏾 Namaste Sujata Gokhale Madam. 🙏🏾 Namaste Dr.Rashmi Kulkarni Madam. 🙏🏾 Namaste Kavitha Dev Madam I appreciate your efforts in promoting the Five Positive Millets. Based on the guidelines from Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji I would like to correct Kavitha Dev Madam on the following:- White Rice , Brown Rice , Red Rice , Black Rice , polished or unpolished , irrespective of the farming practices be it organic or inorganic ARE ALL UNHEALTHY. Rice and Wheat have disrupted our traditional millets for one primary reason that is the yeilds. Both Rice and Wheat are high yielding crops. Modern, unhealthy and unsustainable farming practices have increased the yeilds of Rice and Wheat by upto 40 quintals per acre. Where as the peak yeilds of millets is not beyond 10 quintals per acre. Lots of Water , Fertilizers , Fungicides , Herbicides, Pesticides along with heavy machinery have increased the yeilds of Rice and Wheat. Then , I disagree with Kavitha Dev Madam about mixing millets or eating multi grain millet flour. Dr.Khader Valli Ji has categorically rejected the idea of Multi Grain or Multi Millet Flour. Dr.Khader Valli Ji has designed the protocols after conducting valid research spread over a span of decade and more. By mixing all or few of the millets , the target of repairing the damaged cells of any particular tissue/ organ is not achieved completely. Therefore one positive millet for a minimum of two days for all the meals would not only help repair the damaged cells but also increase the variety of good gut bacteria. Protocols may confuse and complicate the starters. Eating each positive millet for two days and repeating the cycle of positive millets irrespective of the disease will help everyone . Eating / Drinking the positive millet in the Fermented Ambalee form once a day is a must . However for people who have severe conditions of one or more diseases should eat Millet in only fermented Ambalee form for all the meals for atleast a period of one month to three months . After one to three months of Fermented Ambalee they will be in remission and that's when they can switch to lowering the food intake in Ambalee form and increase the food intake in other forms using only the five positive millets. Dr.Khader Valli also recommends sunshine for Vitamin D irrespective of any type of health issues along with walking. Dr.Khader Valli also recommends drinking a spoon or two of bull driven , wood pressed oils like sesame seeds, Niger seeds and coconut oil on an empty stomach and also the usage of the same oils for regular cooking. Dr.Khader Valli also recommends drinking Kashayams on any empty stomach which are absolutely easy to do it yourself at absolutely zero costs. Dr Khader Valli strictly prohibits intake of all forms of the following:- 1.Non vegetarian 2. Milk , Tea , Coffee, Ice Creams etc. 3. Sugar , Jaggery and Honey. 4. Maida , Wheat and Rice .     Good podcast ibs is a very complicated problem, you are the doctor of your body eat what suits you there is no solution coz I m the victim, my problem starts after laser surgery of fistula, so much of antibiotics laxative and pain killer leads to ibs I m helpless
