FYI: if you haven’t tried one of Crystal’s tutorials you should! She’s patient, directions are clear, and very easy to follow. I’ve made several of her tutorials. I’ve been crocheting since I was 15. I’m 65 now and I had never made a beanie in all those years. Lol. I made the one Crystal is wearing and another (forgot the name-hey-it’s these “golden years” 🙄) anyway- the directions were so perfect she (Crystal) made it easy. 😊
There was nowhere to add a comment so had to add it to this comment. Am I the only one that noticed Crystal only showed us 5 colors of the Caron Simply Soft. Peach, persimmon, pink, gold and rose. 5 colors times 3 = 15 balls but I thought it was supposed to be 18 balls. Just really curious about which color we missed seeing and if Crystal received it! 😮
You probably don’t know how much you do for us. I have started crocheting again after a 20 year hiatus. I am 76 and learning from you is a joy. You have given me the confidence to change patterns if I think it will work and to make my own patterns (the simple ones). You do not have to worry about giving people all the sizes they want, they need to do this by measuring and adapting it. Keep the enthusiasm up and have a great Day😘

Hi Crystal. My granddaughter and I came out with a new twist on a game. Every time you say fleck we take a drink. She is only 8 and I don't drink so we each take a drink of root beer. She loves it cause she isn't really allowed sodas. Lol. So keep up the flecking great work you do. We love you❤

Make a sweater with the Bernat Black Flack yarn , so when this winter you have it on , nobody can tell if it the flecks or Kitty and Dog hair . Love and Hugs .

I signed up my email address with them and they send me emails notifying me about their sales. I knew before Crystal uploaded her video about the sale. Makes sense; doesn’t it? I, too, love a good deal. Our local spotlight in Australia had a buy two get two free with it's Marvel yarn. I didn't need it but I bought it. Then I received a $40 off any sale over $100. So my order was originally $267.90 and I paid $107.10. So my kind of deal. Plus I bought my Mum her brand new knitting needles she has been looking for. 35 pairs of bamboo knitting needles for $19. So we were both very happy. Good luck getting the correct ball of red yarn Crystal. Hopefully they are quick to replace it

I think I would ask them (or insist nicely 😉) to please pull their stock to make up the mystery box you paid for and didn't receive. I would have loved to have seen how huge the 1000 gram ball was also. At least you got the Bernard yarn that you ordered. Too bad they were out of the chocolate brown tweed. Question for Crystal or any more experienced crocheted: on the RH super saver sometimes I can’t find the end that is buried. How do to handle this? Thanks for helping out a newbie!
I reach in, trying to stay in the center, and feel around a bit. Sometimes you can feel the end, other times it's the little lump of yarn barf that's hiding the end. 😊

I bought the Impeccable Tweed yarn from Michael’s and it makes beautiful fabric! I have made several items out of it and at the time I was able to purchase it cheaper in bulk. So worth it. The tweedy part of the yarn is in multiple colors and the yarn itself is charcoal. Gorgeous stuff!
I love simply soft. it's good to make some bigger stuffies for friends. I tried Yarnspirations once, I wont do it again. I ordered a mystery box from them and a friend did the same 2 days later she got hers, but I didn't so had to contact them to see what the hold up was, they refunded me for my entire order because they sold out. So I don't have high praise for them at all. You have far more patience than I do.
I hope I get both of my mystery boxes. Seeing how nice they are I should have gotten 4 boxes. Thank you for telling us about the killer deal. I will keep my eye on on you because now I'm excited about the boxes I will hope I get. Thank you for sharing.
