Tip for those trying to replicate this: don't sit on the fabric before going into the first inversion. You want to make sure the fabric is across the sacrum (that flat bone at the bottom of the spine, between waist and bum), it's much more secure that way, for beginners and veterans alike--and that security provides better release through the spine.
