I've had a weighted hula hoop for about 12 years and use it from time to time with the same workout. Now I found you! This is by far the best hula hoop workout I've found yet! It's fun, moves along, is challenging and the music is peppy, too! It's going to help with my belly dancing that I'm going back to in 2 weeks after major foot surgery! At 68, I've still got the moves!

If you're still a beginner at hooping it is super motivational to take your before pics and measurements because even in a few weeks you may notice better skin and muscle tone. Hope you're still loving hooping and dancing happily with your hoop ♥️♥️♥️

Hope you got your hoop and playing with it lots. What is a cool thing to do when you start hooping is to document your progress and take videos of your hooping every now and then. You will be so proud when you look back in a few weeks or months and see how far you've come ♥️ have lots of fun ♥️

This is great, many amazing options to get the core the heart rate up and the core activated. I only wonder why you did do this in both directions? I believe it can be dangerous to only practice in one direction. If you're reading this I might suggest doing the whole thing over again in the opposite direction.Otherwise amazing job on instruction and thank you for offering this for us.
All it takes is practice ♥️ if you repeat the moves I'm sure you notice the difference and make it look like a pro ♥️ have you tried repeating the workout a few times? ♥️♥️♥️
For variety you could always spin the hulahoop the other way. It will feel completely weird and make you burn triple the calories and a great giggle ♥️ have lots of fun ♥️♥️♥️
It was good to have something to work out to, my only criticism is the difference in volume between voice and music, because i didn't want the music very loud it made it hard to hear you. So i just had to watch and copy and i guess i might have missed any tips you may have given

How long am I supposed to use one for? I think I am using mine too much.. The past 5 days I have done 1 hour of hulahooping with a 2.2 kg. weighted hulahoopring.. I do it while watching Netflix :) But it seems like my stomach doesn't like it.. But ugh, hulahooping is the only way I want to exercise :(

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I alternate day's to hula hoops for 1 hour while watching a travel documentary. Then I will add 15 abs exercises. Now that the gym & pools are re open, I will hula hoops once a week instead of 3 times a week

Bruises are a sign that your body for beaten up and the connective tissue and muscles have to firm up and get working so that they don't allow bruising in the future. It means you will be firm and lean with gorgeous skin tone and won't get bruised again just keep going ♥️
Oh i do love a good ad half way through a work out.... yeah i had 4 and the last was 20seconds before the end.... but other than that loved it and would do more or that again
Haha ads can be annoying but you can use them to grab a quick sip of water or just hulahoop like crazy for a more intense workout 💪 hope you're still on fire and loving your hoop ♥️♥️♥️
If you keep trying it will stay up. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of perseverance and then you will not ever drop it again. Hard to stay motivated if it keeps dropping but put your favourite tunes on and keep trying and have a giggle, you can absolutely do it ♥️♥️♥️

This is by far the best hula hoop work out on TH-cam. I’d love to see some more, maybe even a little longer in duration.

The 2 ads in the middle of the video are really annoying if they are that long.. 2nd one today had a period of 4:40min. It destroys the exercise.

How many minutes can it rotate at once! I can do it for 3-4 minutes, no more, as it is quite heavy. Several times a day for 3 minutes.
