      Agree but it’s not legal federally, on a state by state basis. Some day it’ll happen. Texas just might be one of those states that doesn’t make it legal until the Fed does. I’m sure it probably has a lot to do with them being a border state and being a major smuggling pipeline for the cartels. They’re probably just way too close to and being a major key player in the “war on drugs” for them to feel comfortable legalizing it before the fed does.

    I just love Judge Fleischer ! Would be proud to have him here in my city and state ! He is compassionate when appropriate. He gives defendants small breaks when he can while still addressing crimes they’ve committed before him. He adds cryptic humor when appropriate too
    . Esp after defendant is in trouble again After he’d admonished them they WERE NOT supposed to DRINK even a scintilla of champagne at a family wedding !
    He’s the “uncle” that is everyone’s “conscience” and is RIGHT every time too . The one everyone should listen to but doesn’t always !

    01:27 The interpreter telling the attorney to slow down.
    Heck, up to that point, as a bilingual person who'd love to become an interpreter, I was trying to hear his translation for legal words and regular words.
    I was astounded by how fast everyone was going and how the interpreter kept up, but yeah, people who don't realize the level of attention to listening, processing possible words, then selecting the one that applies is an art, it is wild, specially at such speed.

    That girl, the one that said herself, that's all she has period she's plays games. You could read that all over her face. The fact that she couldn't answer simple. Ask questions is game plan. She didn't answer any questions because she figured out if it was backed into a corner, he would just let her out because he would have no choice period but what she doesn't understand is he don't have to let her out regardless he can sentence her to time, not take the plea. Agreement And give her time in jail and keep her there until they want to. But she was playing games with him period you know, I don't think these people realize how good they have it. I live in the Commonwealth of Virginia in Texas is hard but here is just as hard I watched. The guy get 30 years for possession charges 30 years, I got 3 years for a straw paraphernalia delani charge, it had residue in it, and they gave me possession and 5 years probation. Anybody that goes up in front of this judge, or if anybody watches these videos that he let you out on a bond? Don't f*** with this man. He's really giving you an opportunity and you know what he would really help you if you went back up there and asked and it's very rare that you find judges like that. Especially one that wants to help out the black and brown community, and doesn't do the white privilege b******* He treats everybody the same all across-the-board. You're not going to find a judge like this anytime soon. It's there so far in view Between. They are very rare, so my vice. This man gives you a break, even if you don't think it's a break. But it's a break, just cause you don't like what he's actually giving you doesn't mean, it's not a break, that's just because you know, instant gratification. Entitlement, yeah, you know, people nowadays, especially younger generations, thinks that the world owes them something for doing the next right thing. Crazy a** s*** Um, yeah, take it and treasure. It because you could be like me with 7 felonies, because I had a drug problem, 43 handicapped, lost part of my leg from doing drugs and I had to start all over at 41, I've lost everything twice all because I made the choice. To use drugs instead of getting my s*** together. Don't play with this man.
    Thank you for all you do, judge.

    I think this judge is very good at his job. He seems to care about people. I wish he would have gone out for the presidency. I hope he is for real. I just found his channel about 2 weeks ago. I surprised that he just has 114K views as of 1 month ago. I am going to share his videos with as many people I can.

      You’d think, but you don’t always have to spend a ton of money to look good! Taste goes a lot farther than a big budget. Though it can certainly help to possess both.

    I find it so unacceptable that the judge has to constantly has to shush the courtroom. That's so disrespectful and unprofessional from all the prosecutors and other workers. I seriously doubt it's the defendants in the back talking.

    @10:59 …I mean, sure the Officer wouldn’t have known about the warrant prior to stopping this dude, and didn’t really have a reason to stop him but… dudes got a warrant for sexual assault of a child. You’re really gonna let him walk even when he has an active warrant with a child as the victim? A warrants a warrant. Hope they arrested him on that warrant the moment he stepped outside the courtroom.

    I have watched now a good number of court hearings led by Judge Fleischer, and it appears he is determined to put the burden of self-responsibility and responsibility for the community on those who stand before him first. This is all in balance by an unshaken care for the community he protects and wants the defendant to become part of again one day.
    I would not go so far as to say he wants to implement Kant’s “Categorical Imperative” into the head of those stand before him, but it’s close to it.
    Remember, this is not a court where major cases are dealt with, this is the first line for people to take a turn. He always puts education before punishment where it’s applicable.

    Does anyone know why he makes the bonds odd numbers? Like $15,001 instead of an even $15k. I'm sure he has a reason, so I'm curious

    • @kac4klhc977
      @kac4klhc977 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Someone said it was because some charities will pay up to a certain amount. To prevent this they make the bonds +1 cent. I don’t know why they don’t want them to pay the bonds, but that’s what someone said on another feed.

    • @yeybrittany
      @yeybrittany หลายเดือนก่อน

      @kac4klhc977 ohh! That kind of makes sense if people are applying to charities or organizations and then not showing up to court and the organization loses the money so the judge does this for those that are high risk maybe. Thank you!
