    When he jumped that bench and attacked Judge Holtus he traded the 19 to 48 month sentence she was about to give him for a 26 to 65 year sentence.
    Brilliant! Absolutely Brilliant!

      She was perfectly willing to give him another relative slap on the wrist-the system became STUDIOUSLY attentive to his penal "needs" once he was "wise" enough to unload on them personally.
      Frankly I wish the elected political class would start making judges responsible for the misdeeds the felons they release back into the public with low or no-bail engage in more criminal activity.
      The judge he went Jimmy Snuka on was trying to let him off as lightly as possible in reality.

      I believe this defender just has a Mental Illness like others where he lashes out when he gets upset. But I also believe this defendant can be maintained with the right medication and control and prevent another outburst, just like many of others like him. But the CJS is over looking that and not Considering that possibility is because number one , he's a Black man, and they want as many Black men Incarcerated as possible because that Slavery again and Free Labor, but it can only be done under Incarceration. And number two, there holding him leaping across the Court Room at a Judge and that's just a No No. Like I said, The CJS is not Considering his Mental Illness caused that action. The CJS would only Forgive a White man in a situation like this, and give the White male Probation for th same Conduct like I've stated several times, there are Two CJSs and that's A&B
      ALL & then BLACK. But GOD is presently changing it for sure. But it's on his time, But you can bet, it will be ON TIME. AMEN🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    Not saying anyone is more important than the next, but if he did that to a judge in a courtroom, imagine what he would do or has done to someone in the street (community).

    He claims he's not an evil person, yet he commits evil crimes. And he says he hears voices in his head, well that admission alone says he's not fit to be free, because every time he commits a violent crime he blames someone or something else.

    • @richebronsonify
      @richebronsonify 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yeah exactly. I’m sure he’s FOS- that’s always a real convenient (and unprovable) excuse. The admission of hearing voices alone should’ve never become an excuse for this kind of behavior. Hear voices- be ready for the men in white coats to pull up- like it used to be.
      One of the Top 5 things that started this nation circling the drain is when we stopped institutionalizing the “insane”. When psychology became the excuse makers for poor behavior, poor socialization, ignorance, and outright criminality- a reason to mitigate crimes and a source of sympathy for narcissists, psychopaths, and sociopaths- we started having big BIG issues. Wonder why the cops 1) shoot first and ask questions later 2) become cynical and/or callous? This is why. There are lunatics out there running the streets who are better armed, medicated (legally or otherwise) and who are in and out of the system like a revolving door. Arrest them today- take your life in your hands doing it, while they victimize the law abiding masses- and get up and do it all again tomorrow. Nothing ever changes. Same cast of characters (villains) week in and week out.
      How many times has this very person stood in front of a judge? His crimes getting worse every time!! Keep letting him out until he commits the ULTIMATE crime. And they FINALLY do it when it’s a judge who gets victimized? That’s nice. If it were Joe Shmo tho- he’d have been given yet ANOTHER chance!!
