Right! The parents who straight up ignore their screaming kids is the worst. Like they're trying to get your attention and you're ignoring them, so they're screaming and everyone else has to deal with it. Pay attention to your kids people!
seriously! yes, kids will be kids, but there is a point where it IS the parents fault for not parenting their kids. I remember when I was a kid and my mom would take me and my 3 siblings out to the store, etc., and she would get compliments from people being all like "your kids are so well behaved!" and yeah, 'cause she parented us to know how to behave in public and we got in trouble if we misbehaved and we learned.
As a mom myself, i definitely dont like when parents do that cause i feel like its pushed ppl to dislike families with small kids in public places and just a general hate for kids. Ive seen so many discussions of ppl saying more restaurants and places should have a no children policy.
Kids have a right to be kids... they do not have a right to be demons from hell. But then with useless parents that primarily use their kids as a monetary gain device, what do you expect?
It may be a nuisance but at the end of the day you know how to deal and get used to it

yeah and in the clip she just showed her kid being cute and talking about things. most reasonable adults aren't complaining about that, they are complaining about people letting their kids screaming and ignoring them or letting their kids harass you from the next booth when you're just trying to eat your damn food in a restaurant.

For the one about kids being kids in public, that’s such a fine line. The clips they shared of their child seemed like perfectly acceptable behavior to me. The kid wasn’t running around crazily or yelling or throwing things, so yeah, if that little bit of noise bothers people, they can get over it. But what some people call “kids being kids” is really “parents not parenting,” which is absolutely not okay.
I used to fly 6-8 flights a week for 10 years & on @ least 10% of the flights there were kids being kids. There were 2 occasions that the kids who sat directly behind me kicked my seat so it wasn’t pleasant in fact when I looked back at mom she said he’s just so excited! Then I asked the attendant to ask it to stop who had already told mom twice without my involvement & then I was verbally berated the rest of the flight by the mother for not understanding kids! To never become a mother ect. The other kicker was stopped & only did it maybe once more. While the other child kept kicking or just dug their feet directly into the back of my seat. Some parents don’t understand how their kid acts like act kids being kids.
I'm okay with kids being kids in public...what I'm not okay with is kids acting like @$$holes in public. I am also a parent and I did NOT let my kids act however they wanted in public. They are now older and know how to conduct themselves everywhere they go and that's because I didn't let them act like @$$holes.

Welcome to Texas! You'll notice our seasons aren't like they are up north. Down here you get spring from 5am-8am, summer from 8am-8pm, and fall from 8pm-5am. And it rains without warning.

Speaking of polar bears…
I once got to see a Great Pyrenees in person. It was with a family and it was so big that while sitting, its head reached my shoulders. And its paws were each the size of my head. And he was SO FREAKING FLUFFY!!! And he was also a sweetheart. A whole crowd formed around the man, his toddler, and the dog. And the dog was letting the toddler climb all over him. It was so cute. I got to pet the dog and even give him a hug. If I wasn’t allergic to dogs, I would totally have one. But yes. It looks more like a polar bear than a dog.

at my families lakehouse, there used to be a family that had FOUR Great Pyrenees and me and my cousins would always get so excited because we got to see the 'polar bears' lol

I grew up with a Great Pyrenees and they are the sweetest most gentle giants. She was also a lap dog 😂
Got a great pyrenees livestock guardian. they are so patient and so gentle, but sometimes they forget how big they are. them hopping and putting front feet on your shoulders can tip you over.
Most pyrinees warn and bark long long before they bite, which is good with kids. doesnt mean you shouldnt take precautions.
I love the two cameras but mainly because you forget to hit the record button and Jay gives us the best bop.

I lived in central TX for a few years with my German shepherd, Mr. Merlin ❤ Be prepared he will SHED, a lot!! And they need soooo much extra water and shade, because of their dark coat and being from up north. (We're Minnesotan) Sometimes his fur would get so hot in the summer that I could barely touch him after only a 20 min walk in the sun!!

As a parent I am teaching my kids to be respectful of other people because they can get very loud and there could be someone that don’t like that. I want them to have manners and to always be mindful. They are young and don’t understand yet but I will always remind them. It feels like nobody teaches this anymore.
As one of the many people with sensory issues out there, THANK YOU! I don't dislike children, generally, but their voices are so piercing! Even the screech-y laughter thing they do sometimes can be so painful! Especially in restaurants, planes, etc.
