Josh is the man when it comes to anything Archery related, and ive been into it for 30+ years.
Great ideas! I've been marking my bows like that for 27 years. I like to use a white out marker, it stays on remarkably well, yet can be scratched off with your fingernail if needed.
I believe Super Glue was originally designed in WWII for quick suture repairs in battle field. That's why it activates to dry near body temperature. Put some on you finger and pinch...dries almost immediately.

Great video. I have been marking my bow for about 10 years.. When I put new strings and cables on customer bows. I always tell them there will be some marks their bows.. No one has ever disagreed with the marks especially when I tell them what it is for..

Hope all is well in this trying time we are in.
I have a question..
I own a sling bow that is made by GEAR HEAD ARCHERY.
I forget which one it is. Just that it is the larger of the two.
I was wondering if it would be worth it to have custom made bow string? If you look it up. And go over it. If you want I can walk you through it. But I'm sure you can figure it out.
The black bands are on a roller system. That is attached to the bow limbs.. with a pistol grip.. if you cut an inch to An inch in a half. That will make it either a fifty pound pull .. with no let off. Let me know what you think. It just might shock you. Like it did me! LOL 😆
They have a grid chart. That they have tested. A before and after. Length of pull and poundage. I put a single pin true glow.. it is a good one. I bought the bracket that can be attached to hook up a reel on it to go now fishing. There is even a guy who harvested himself a big ole' Black Bear.
That was after the year before harvesting his limit for deer in his state. It is all on UTube.
I was completely shocked he took the bear??!!??!! Like Dam I want one!
Well any way. Back to the question. Would you bother with making a custom string and set up. Peep and kiss button.

That's a good question - definitely not! Dan just has some Summer travel/family time so schedules have not aligned to get together as often. Just the ebb and flow of the season. We'll have a bunch of cool stuff in the near future, and especially for hunting season this year 🤘🤘 We are super excited about the elk collective project though, a lot of work went in behind the scenes to make that happen. - TC
