What do u got for a family reunion where they all want to say together? 4 kids under 5 years old n 3 teens and 5 adults.

If they want to stay on property there only option is the DVC Grand Villas which sleep 12-14, but they would have to book extremely far in advance as those usually book up quickly. What I typically do is book a two bedroom for 6 people and then two studios as it is usually more cost effective and easier to find. That way they have the living area and kitchen of the two bedroom to gather in and separate spaces for bed time.
