I logged on right at 7am and was the first person... went through the "interview" and had my selections done all before 8am. It was definitely a lot easier than i expected
My daughter and I just went to Disneyland 2 weeks ago with my daughter's Girl Scout troop. We are both on the spectrum. I didn't learn of the DAS pass until a few days before the trip. I was so overwhelmed with all the info online about it that I didn't get it. Luckily the troop leader helped us all get a genie plus pass so that we could skip the lines which was really great. Had I seen a video like this I probably wouldn't have been intimidated by the process. Thanks for breaking down the information and showing the process. Next time we go, I feel like I can do it.
This is by far the best video I have watched on the setting up and registering for the DAS pass, and I have watched a lot of them. My sister has MS and requires a scooter to get around (no standing or walking), and after watching your video, I immediately sent her a link! We are both going in March of 2023, and we have our hotel reservations, tickets, and park reservations, so we are just counting down the days till we make that DAS call 30 days before our last day. I used to be a technical instructor and your video was clear, logical and concise. I feel that will arm us with being able to have the best experience we can have, so thanks so much!! 😃
I appreciate this video. I have an annual pass and I didn’t know this was an option for me. It will definitely help me on the days I go with people who want to be at the park for long periods of time. I can only handle Disney for so long before I get overwhelmed.
I went to disneyland paris last month with a disability pass and it was completely different. We had to register phisically at the park, I had to bring some kind of evidence that I actually needed the pass. so I used my Autipass, but a note from my doctor would have been okay too. There were no reservations. i was simply allowed to walk up to any ride through the exit and hop on, allong with the rest of my family. Sometimes there was a short line of other people with a das pass. For character meets we could skip the lines and the cast member would give us a return time, usually it was only a five minute wait. There was also a seperate disability line at the restaurants so we didn't have to wait too long there either. It was amazing. i honestly don't know how I used to manage disneyland without it
Wow. I wish we used this for our trip a couple weeks ago. This system is honestly very similar to what their normal fast pass program used to be. We never needed to worry about handling the park, because we could anticipate our day. Their new system is terrible, because you don’t know what reservations for rides you can get until 7am on that day. A schedule is SO important to me managing my day and it was MISERABLE. Talk about being overwhelmed and overstimulated for the week. Wishing we used the DAS pass. I’m glad you guys had a good experience.
I had trouble waiting in lines as a kid, but since it was the '90s, my mom just taught me how to have fun in line for rides. As an adult, I still don't need a pass. Since amusement parks are one of my main special interests, I take advantage of the fact that this is the only time strangers are going to want to talk about amusement parks with me! I also love the anticipation of watching the ride operate around me and getting ever closer to the loading station. Would love to see more videos about your upcoming Disney trip!
Plus to having your son having a pass is both of you can have day of selections in line for separate rides. Me and my brother took 10 people on the rides 5 minutes apart because we both have autism when at cedar point. Any park go to guest relations and ask.
@@MomontheSpectrum my friend didn't understand why I told everyone to meet 2 hours from now to ride a Rollercoaster until I said we could walk on. She was worried they might be on a ride and then planned on it. We had a great time.
If you are staying at a Disney Resort you can register for DAS 30 days from your first park day for the length of your stay. That will help get an earlier times for your rides. Hope this helps anyone. Great Video ❤️
I have Lupus, heat can cause horrible flare ups and standing up for long periods of time can be super painful so thank you for all the information! So helpful for my September trip! ❤️
Thank you!! I've been searching videos for someone else with lupus. I have lupus and AVN. It's so hard because I always get the "you don't look sick" comments. I'm getting anxiety thinking about explaining myself.
Thank you so much for this video!! I am also a mom with ASD and 2 ASD kids. I am currently planning our first trip to Disney and I have been struggling to figuring out how to handle the DAS pass. Thank you for clarifying why it is best to only get a single DAS pass for the whole party (of up to 6 people). And thank you for letting us know what the chat with the Cast member to approve the DAS was like. I am one who likes to prep "scripts" before interactions. I seriously loved all of the clarifying information that you included in this video! Thank you!!
I just finished signing up for a DAS pass for my son this morning. I logged on at about 8:25 this morning and I am already finished. It was so easy. I also was able to do it on my IPad with no problems, since I have a keyboard accessory for it. Thanks to your video, I was well prepared and able to navigate the process with ease. I also had backups when my first two pre-selections didn’t work out. So thank you so much for doing this video. I am pleasantly surprised that I got through so quickly. I think the earlier you start in the day the quicker you might get connected with an agent. Again thank you for this video and all of your other videos. They have been a great help. God bless and take care.
You explained this so well. From a dad who has been using the DAS pass since 2014 and seen the changes through the years it has only improved. The fact that we can do stuff from the app now is awesome we use to have to go up to the ride and get a return time and that would upset our son as he though we were going to ride that ride at that point. The new way is so much smoother and honestly we watch for rides with lower wait times and try to go wait in lines for those and maybe set up a das for a ride that might give us an hour long wait time that way by the time we are done with the shorter wait we can go maybe ride Seven Dwarfs or Slinky dog depending on the park, This has helped our son learn to wait for shorter line waits such as maybe Little Mermaid or Winnie the Pooh. We've learned to do mobile order as well so when maybe waiting for a ride we can put in an order for a snack or meal while heading to another ride that we are currently waiting on and this has helped to keep the day moving smoothly. The only thing with the new DAS system is getting the pre register to work. We were unsuccessful in getting it done before we went but it was still realatively new and we just went to guest services at Animal Kingdom and they helped us out right away.
I just waited for the chat a few minutes I got the pass for my son. I am so excited because he cried and was so miserable the last time we went. This is a God send. Just eliminated the worst part of the day! So excited for my son.
Thank you for this. You explained this much more clearly than some other people. I've done the card before but it was a long time ago before they made all the changes. I'm happy they're doing the app now, it will help me manage my energy better. This will help make my days at Disneyland much more enjoyable.
This was very helpful. Last time we signed up at the park. The cast members also helped us identify quiet areas through the park to allow for my little guy to decompress if he got over stimulated.
The seperate passes are super helpful when the kiddos are older. I have teenagers. The only part of that they ask the teenager the questions, which can be difficult if verbal communications are not a strong suit. Its good to have a script just incase.
I didnt see any, but I believe you. Wish I would have found them before our video call. I was under prepaired, and it was kinda sad. Still happy ending tho because this pass is so helpful!! Universal also has a simular pass called the Orange Pass. Works simular but way easier to get, no app required
I don’t have personal experience, but based on my research prior to my trip, when registering you could do the talking as their guardian/carer, and your children would simply need to be present if they are to be the user of the pass as their photo would need to be taken during the registration process to be applied to their pass.
I'm from Denmark (northern Europe) and I hope this will be available on out next holiday to either Florida or California. I had to tell my daughter I couldn't do Disney last we were there and she was disappointed. The heat and especially the enormous amount of (self-centered, sorry 🙈🤷♀️) people kept me away.
This is so amazing to learn about! I don't have a diagnosis, but I do get super over stimulated in crowds/long lines/loud places. This could be super helpful if I can ever afford to to go to Disney lol
@@MomontheSpectrum Thanks! A friend brought up the possibility of me being autistic/neurodivergent about a year ago and since then your channel has really helped me to better understand and accept myself ❤️
Huge tip: contact DAS services for your pre trip interview on Sunday morning 7am est. They're open 7 days a week! I called at this time and got through and finished in just an hour! I have heard of 5 hour wait times during the week.
What is the interview? My mom has severe anxiety and can get claustrophobia from crowds and my birthday is July 4th, I wanted to go and she asked if she can join but how would I go about getting the Pass with interview?
Thanks for all the info!!! I was walking through each step as I was contacting Disney about a DAS PASS and you were spot on with your explanations! I called on a Sunday afternoon and was done in less then an hour, but it might be because it’s Sept. and the summer rush is over. TAHNKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE DETAILS!
Very helpful video. About the best I’ve seen to explain the new DAS. Thanks for emphasizing and describing why it’s not necessary to get DAS for every person in your party with a need. I have twins with autism and we always just get DAS for one.
Thank you for the video. I just registered for the DAS program on line for my son. I went on right when they opened at 7am eastern time on a Sunday morning. The process was very easy and I was done with the full process, including ride selection by 7:15am. I can’t say that everyone will be able to complete the process this quickly, but this was my experience. Hopefully this is a new normal for the program. Thank you
Thank you for doing this video. My family is experiencing Disney for the first and perhaps the last. This was very helpful and I appreciate the time you took to share a tactful honest review. Please keep sharing….😊😊😊😊
I've been to Disney many times with my family and I have had either a meltdown or shutdown (something that I didn't realize was happening because I didn't know I was autistic when I was a kid) on every trip. My most prominent memory of Epcot is throwing up in the bushes right before the fireworks and spending the rest of the evening sitting in a wheelchair covering my ears. Now that I've been working on understanding myself and knowing what I need to do in order to not overdue things, I'm curious to see how our next trip to Disney goes.
For me it was waiting in lines. To this day I always get sick waiting in the line (dizzy, nauseous). Thankfully the fireworks don't bother me so much (though other noises and crowds do...) but I don't stay anymore because my SD doesn't really like them and I'd rather not put her through the stress.
I’ve had similar Disney experiences as a child and worried I wouldn’t be able to take my future child if they wanted to go. I’m glad to learn about this.
I appreciate you taking the time to teach us how to use this DAS pass. I have a son on the spectrum and I’m not very good at using this app. And your video help so much. Thank you.❤
I went to Disney when I was a small child, so it's been awhile for me as well. This is super helpful! I'll definitely bookmark this for the future. I'm so glad you made it home safely! ❤
I went the summer after kindergarten (looong before any of us even considered I might be autistic). Although, I kind of think that my not being aware of the concept of summer break should have been a hint. Or being traumatized by the haunted mansion ride, not the ghosts and things, but the seat suddenly jerking backwards. It took me over a decade to be able to stay in the dentist chair while they lowered it down.
We hadn't had any issues until this last visit for a Halloween party. My mom had a massive stroke that left her unable to use her right side, cognitive issues, memory issues, and incontinence - even with the DAS pass I change her multiple times in a day. Anywho, this last time we went, I told them about the issues with incontinence and the CM responded rather coldly with "that's just a diagnosis those aren't symptoms." I kind of made a face of disbelief and I think it must have been a strong reaction because I remember her sort of going quiet and giving us the pass without another word. I'm hoping it was a one off and not a sign that they're somehow getting unnecessarily strict with the pass. It's a tough enough issue to discuss in public and my mom always just kind of hangs her head in shame when I'm discussing it with the CM (and other people around listening). We did try to do it over chat but, as you stated, the wait times have been insane lately.
I have to take my service dog with me because she alerts to elevated heart rates and panic attacks and helps disrupt certain behaviours. The last time I went to register for the pass (at Epcot) the cast member was super rude to me asking why I even need the dog and I get really anxious waiting in lines especially for how long that took, and when I get confronted like that and put under pressure I go mute. My friend was about to jump in and scream at him had he not given the pass. I hope to never experience that again.
I was on the fence before my trip on whether or not we'd really need DAS. So I didn't end up signing up in advance. It was an awful long wait in the park (with someone who struggles being in that line). If you aren't sure, call in anyway and let them know that fact. If you also have physical disabilities, getting DAS for Jungle Cruise & Spaceship Earth aren't really worth it. There is a dedicated physical disibility virtual line for both of those attractions. Sign up at the attraction entrance. There may be more, those are the 2 that I remember.
Super helpful video. Just a couple of things I'd add based on my experience: if you are coming from countries other than the US you may need to activate a VPN in your browser otherwise you will be redirected to your regional Disney site. I had a problem where I was getting a "Go back to the previous page or log in to continue your conversation." error on the chat after a while, after a call with Disability Services I was advised that refreshing my browser every 15 minutes or so would fix the problem as I was probably being logged out automatically after a period of inactivity.
Thanks so much. I just had my interview with a cast member on zoom. Your video is very very clear and I definitely feel better and more aware of how to use these pass
both me and my partner are autistic and are going to disneyland in march for our anniversary! i've used das before in 2018, but had a lot of questions about the new das; this video answered most of them and was incredibly helpful!! thank you so so much!!
This is such a great, clear, informative video and such a big help ahead of our trip. One extra thing I've found out as a guest visiting from the UK is that, if your web browser believes you're in the UK, you can't access the web chat (or indeed any of the info about the DAS on the Disney website: it just takes you back to the homepage when you click on any of the links). You have to use a VPN set to USA for it to work. I find this so distressing: my daughter is no less autistic because we're British! Anyway, hoping it works ok for us when it's our turn to pre book in a few days.
Thanks. We are due to travel soon and haven't visited for 20 years. I did not have a disability on our previous trips but I do now. This video has been super helpful.
It’s so interesting to hear your experience and how the chat went for you. When I did this process, in late December, I was not asked those questions prior to the video chat, I also did not see the CM during the video call and the question I was asked was slightly different. I had some trouble with the CM and the advance selections, however once I did get connected, they asked me to provide a list of all the info needed for selections (park visiting, date and top 3 choices for ride) then the CM returned with 2 ride times for each day rather than walking through the selections like you did. Not sure if things have changed and issues have been more streamlined since I registered in late December. Also, I’m not sure if things have changed, but when I went in Jan 2022 I was able to get day of reservations in the morning for rides that I had an advanced reservation scheduled in the afternoon. I did not have to cancel the advanced selection in order to get the day of pass. It actually was very helpful to get on rides I was very excited to ride multiple times.
Hi Tay, did you enjoy your Disney World vacation? When I was young, I worked in Disneyland Paris as a Cast Member, and it was a sensory nightmare for me.
Oh wow! I'm sure you have a lot of stories you could tell. You know, our vacation was both incredible and exhausting. It was very difficult to manage the sensory overwhelm, and there were many moments of frustration, and challenges that were hard to work through, but I would do it all again! It was overall a huge success, and this DAS pass honestly made it possible. I'm convinced we wouldn't have even been able to stand in line for one ride without it.
Thank you so much for this awesome video! I will admit I was stressing about applying for the pass, but your clear and articulate instructions have put my mind at ease! God bless you!
Hi I just want to say thank you so much for this video. Everything was exactly like you said, but we got registered in 10 minutes, including wait time!
Very good job explaining this, I am looking forward to checking out the links in the bottom later on. I will also watch all your videos! Huge thanks to you for doing all this work to help others!
Thank you so much for this, I live in the Uk, I never knew this existed. I have a spinal injury so I can’t stand for long periods. I will definitely register for my trip later this year.
Just in the interest of transparency, could you please disclose if this video, or your trip, was sponsored by Disney in any way? Fine if it was, I’d just want to know is all. Thanks 🙏 💕💕
This is sooo helpful, thank you! We are going to Disney in October and my 10 year old son has ASD and ADHD so it's hard for him to wait in line very long without losing his mind. I was told about the DAS pass from my travel planner but she didn't really tell me what all it entailed so I was a little worried about how complicated it would be, you know since it seems EVERYTHING these days has to be complicated. Glad to hear it's not awful. I did have a quick question though, I have not received my ASD diagnosis yet (on a waitlist) so since my son is the one who it would be under, he will need to be present for the interview correct? Just want to make sure I keep him corralled as best I can if so. Thank you again for the wonderful information!
I was able to get and use the pass prior to my diagnosis, at that point I was self-diagnosed and in the process of diagnosis, and Disney can’t legally ask for proof of diagnosis so you could get the pass for yourself as well as your son. I believe if you are getting the pass for your son and registering online he would need to be present for the call as they take a photo of the user during the call to add to the pass for use in the parks. However, I don’t have any experience with this myself just heard from my research prior to my trip in Jan.
Thank you for this information. Like you I try to research and prepare for our upcoming trip to WDW. This video was so helpful and the link to the Advanced DAS attractions was particularly informative.
I’m really glad I found this now as me and my boyfriend are planning a trip, I’m type 1 diabetic and haven’t been to Disney since I was 11 (I’m 20 now) and I ended up getting sick in line last time and spent most of the trip exhausted from standing in line and constantly checking to see if my blood sugar drops. So I’m hoping this will help some so I don’t end up having to leave the ride from exhaustion and low blood sugar (I pack snacks but sometimes it’s just one of those days where it’s hard to keep my blood sugar up) My boyfriend and I have ADHD as well so we probably wouldn’t be able to stand waiting in lines for long
We were at Disneyland last week. We had the Genie option(formerly Fastpass), so we were in short lines and had a great time. However, my wife did have a meltdown when we tried to watch the Fantasmic show. There was an insane amount of people gathered in one area and she couldn’t handle it. I wonder if there is some sort of DAS option for shows like Fantasmic and World of Color? There are roped of areas for these events, but we couldn’t get tickets for Fantasmic. We did get a ticket for a roped off area at World of Color and it was great. Hope you guys are having fun! thanks for the info
I think this might be an area where you could inform a cast member of what is going on and they could help you find a better viewing location. Not sure but worth a try! They’re usually very accommodating. Especially if you mention the DAS pass!
@@MomontheSpectrum thanks!!! we are back again, and we were able to get a “Fantasmic! On-the-Go Package at Hungry Bear Restaurant” gives us a roped off area to stand, maybe sit, to watch Fantasmic. Back at the room now taking a break as she is just about out of coins for the day.
Just did the DAS last night and YESSSS it kept logging me out. On hold for 3 hours and had to re-login every few minutes. That was the most stressful part. ha!
i signed up my son 28 days before our first park day. i used my phone only. it was pretty quick w the video chat, then transferred me to another CM for my advance DAS selection. they made me fill up a form for my park days & top 3 rides. form only had 3 park days so i asked for another form for our 4th park day.
This video helped me so much! My son has ADHD and suffers from chronic migraines. I was really worried about how to navigate WDW with these. You explained the process beautifully and I will definitely be applying for it
Thank you for the DAS info!! Did you do a followup info video after you went to Disney? I thought it would be helpful hearing how it went and what you learned while there. Thanks
This honestly helped me because I have literally been panicking. Though for someone on the spectrum, with anxiety and panic disorder, I don't know which is worse, waiting three hours for the virtual chat or in line in person (probably both are equally bad though I have had a bad experience in person and the cast member attending to me was very rude and I get selective mutism when confronted like that).
I’ve been using DAS since it began. The worst part of the process is the totally subjective decision at guest services not to mention the humiliation factor of answering the question. In fact, I got declined once and told to rent a wheelchair. We left the land, crossed over to DCA, and that cast member totally understood and was graciously discreet. Hoping this new process will be better.
Hi, Taylor. This was helpful. One comment: love that you’re suing closed captioning, however, it is directly over your info banner at the bottom of the screen. Will you please move the banner so we can read that, also?
I recently learned that if you are watching from the website, captions can be moved to different locations on the video screen but clicking and dragging them. I don’t think this is possible on the mobile app, but wanted to mention for any website users :)
Thank you for sharing this! I didn’t know. I know you can also toggle them on and off from the setting panel on the video. It’s hard to relocate them on the editing screen because anywhere else it will seem distracting as well. I will consider different options!
Thank you, Meg & Taylor. The info is good to know. I’m usually watching TH-cam on my TV which is unable to be changed. I will try to find a setting for my account that will allow changes to the closed captioning.
this process sounds painfull... rapid questions i cant handle irl i need processing time so this would be problematic. to me it does not sound very autism friendly, because i know i'm not the only one that has problems with processing. the das itself sound helpfull jet the process creeps me out without trying . you're amazing walktrough does not make the feeling go away. luckily i don't have plans for going.
I hear what you're saying. That's part of why I made the video - the process was stressful for me, and I think neurodivergent people need better instructions and an easier way to access these services.
This is very helpful!!! I will be going next week, but I actually pre-registered on my iPhone. I didn’t have to use a desktop. Maybe they have changed it to allow that.
Love that I don't have to waste valuable early entry time to get a DAS pass. Question- Can you book advance attractions for a park you are hopping to after 2pm?
Great video. I will be going with my family this March and will apply for a DAS pass too. Is it ok to do it (chat with a cast member) on my Ipad ? Thank you !

The only thing with the new DAS system is getting the pre register to work. We were unsuccessful in getting it done before we went but it was still realatively new and we just went to guest services at Animal Kingdom and they helped us out right away.
This video was critical for us getting our pass for my son, thank you thank you! The tip about the chat was especially a life saver!!
Glad to hear it! You’re so welcome. I hope y’all have a blast!
Great to know. Thanks!
It’s about time someone explained DAS with correct info! Thank you!!
You’re welcome! Hope it is helpful.
Thank you for this video. My family is going in August and I want to be as prepared as possible.
It's August 2024 and we are just starting to plan for next fall. Probably November 2025.
The seperate passes are super helpful when the kiddos are older. I have teenagers. The only part of that they ask the teenager the questions, which can be difficult if verbal communications are not a strong suit. Its good to have a script just incase.
I believe there may be other options available to variably speaking people.
The heat and especially the enormous amount of (self-centered, sorry 🙈🤷♀️) people kept me away.
sounds like you were setting important boundaries for yourself! It totally respect that.
This is so amazing to learn about! I don't have a diagnosis, but I do get super over stimulated in crowds/long lines/loud places. This could be super helpful if I can ever afford to to go to Disney lol
Yes! I hope you’ll be able to take advantage of it some day.
You are so welcome!
Very helpful video. About the best I’ve seen to explain the new DAS. Thanks for emphasizing and describing why it’s not necessary to get DAS for every person in your party with a need. I have twins with autism and we always just get DAS for one.
Glad it was helpful to you!
This was probably the best DAS info video I have seen. Thank you x a million!!!
Thank you! Me too. I've spent all day in bed and it's been amazing!
@@Lillyluvsanime yes! The Haunted Mansion ride really stands out to me too!
This video was so helpful for my trip in February with my family with me being the DAS pass holder Thankyou x
So glad!
Every time I have gone to Epcot to register, they were rude to me too.
You made this so clear, I really appreciate you taking the time to explain it all! Thank you
You're welcome!! Hope you enjoy your trip Kari!
Thank you for sharing this!
Thanks so much. I just had my interview with a cast member on zoom. Your video is very very clear and I definitely feel better and more aware of how to use these pass
Awesome! Glad to hear it. Thanks for your comment.
both me and my partner are autistic and are going to disneyland in march for our anniversary! i've used das before in 2018, but had a lot of questions about the new das; this video answered most of them and was incredibly helpful!! thank you so so much!!
Make sure you call early it’s a long wait if you do the virtual sign up that is now available
I’m gonna get this for me and my family when we go. It would help me a lot with my autism
This was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. You explain everything so thoroughly.
You’re welcome! I’m so glad it was helpful. I was super confused before I went through this process.
I looked through so many videos yours was the only one that explained everything so well thank you
It’s so interesting to hear your experience and how the chat went for you.
Oh this is great to know! Sounds like we had pretty different experiences. Thanks for sharing! Might be helpful to others who read this.
I totally agree. Nit the Disneyland experience we wanted !!
This was so helpful for our family preparing for a trip with my mom who has early onset Alzheimer’s. Thank you so much for making this!
This is so helpful. My husband has severe spinal issues so standing and extended walking makes it difficult for him. Thank you for this info!
That’s mobility, these ppl have invisible shit.
Thank you so much for this, I live in the Uk, I never knew this existed. I have a spinal injury so I can’t stand for long periods. I will definitely register for my trip later this year.
Glad it was helpful!
Just in the interest of transparency, could you please disclose if this video, or your trip, was sponsored by Disney in any way? Fine if it was, I’d just want to know is all. Thanks 🙏 💕💕
Hi! I was not sponsored by Disney. I did not receive any payment for making this video (outside of standard TH-cam ad revenue).
I believe you just have to be the legal guardian of the person needing support.
I went in Dec of 22 and I can tell you they did allow us to have Small World pre selected and we did the ride first thing in the morning with DAS.
Awesome! Hope y'all had a blast.
Thank you for this information. Like you I try to research and prepare for our upcoming trip to WDW. This video was so helpful and the link to the Advanced DAS attractions was particularly informative.
Awesome! So glad to hear it. Have a great trip.
Thank you your explanation is so helpful we want to take our boy for his birthday 🎉
So I’m hoping this will help some so I don’t end up having to leave the ride from exhaustion and low blood sugar (I pack snacks but sometimes it’s just one of those days where it’s hard to keep my blood sugar up)
My boyfriend and I have ADHD as well so we probably wouldn’t be able to stand waiting in lines for long
glad the video was helpful to you!
Thank you for this video! Lots of good information!! Helped put my mind at ease with the process.
You’re welcome! I hope you have a great trip!
What a wonderfully informative video. You explained everything absolutely brilliantly. Well done you.
Thank you so much for this very informative and easy to follow video.
You're welcome! So glad to hear it was helpful.
Great video, I did the video call on my phone and it worked fine
Good to hear. Thanks for the feedback!
God Bless you for putting this together
That was the most stressful part. ha!
I hope you got everything taken care of! It feels good to have it behind you.
So so helpful, best explanation of DAS that I’ve seen today so thank you😊
Wow , great video , thanks , both my nieces have asthma and my father needs a hip replacement, this should help my group a lot ❤
So glad to hear it was helpful! Enjoy your trip.
Thank you so much for making the time to share such an in-depth detailed video it’s much appreciated❤
Thank you so much for your video. I had no idea how it could work. Have a great time
I love this . I hate waiting in line.
i signed up my son 28 days before our first park day. i used my phone only. it was pretty quick w the video chat, then transferred me to another CM for my advance DAS selection. they made me fill up a form for my park days & top 3 rides. form only had 3 park days so i asked for another form for our 4th park day.
thanks for sharing your experience!
thank you for your video!
Thank you so much for doing this! Very informative!! 👏 👏 👏
Thanks for this. So do you have to do it on your phone and a computer? Many thanks.
The best video I’ve seen on DAS. Thank you!
This video helped me so much! My son has ADHD and suffers from chronic migraines. I was really worried about how to navigate WDW with these. You explained the process beautifully and I will definitely be applying for it
Just had our video call earlier tonight and we’re denied. Apparently the program was changed back in May, and it’s much harder to be granted now.
Thank you for the DAS info!! Did you do a followup info video after you went to Disney? I thought it would be helpful hearing how it went and what you learned while there. Thanks
Thank you so much, this video helped me register my son easily!
😲 I'm stressed watching the video ahaha 😅 whew, good job!
Thank you for this!!! I was so nervous to apply for my daughter!
Did you end up applying? I also have panic and anxiety disorder and im wondering if they would I accept me for something like that
You saved my life! THANK YOU!
You're welcome! I hope it's helpful to you and that you have an awesome trip!
This has been so helpful, thank you!!
this process sounds painfull...
rapid questions i cant handle irl i need processing time so this would be problematic.
to me it does not sound very autism friendly, because i know i'm not the only one that has problems with processing.
the das itself sound helpfull jet the process creeps me out without trying . you're amazing walktrough does not make the feeling go away. luckily i don't have plans for going.
I really appreciate it. it was very informative.
thank you
You're welcome
Fantastic explanation thank you
You're welcome! Glad it is helpful. I was so confused when I first looked into this process!
Question for you. Can you do the phone interview on an ipad? Thank you in advance and thank you for such a great informative video!!
Love that I don't have to waste valuable early entry time to get a DAS pass. Question- Can you book advance attractions for a park you are hopping to after 2pm?
This is a great question that I do not know the answer to! My guess is that no you cannot do that.
Hi. Thanks for the very helpful information.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. I will be going with my family this March and will apply for a DAS pass too. Is it ok to do it (chat with a cast member) on my Ipad ? Thank you !
i believe so but I would probably contact a cast member beforehand to make sure!
Did you do a follow up after going to Disney and how it went!?
C’Mon, get on the Double DAS, Crowd: "The Double DAS PASS!" Tune to Double Dutch Bus by Frankie Smith, c. 1981
Do you need to know the exact date and already have purchased tickets before the interview? Thank you !
My son is autistic. This might he helpful if I want to take him someday.
