I have a question When we add yeast and sugar solution into our dough then yeast breaks into ethanol + carbon dioxide + energy but we make dough in atmospheric where air is present then how yeast can do a reaction? Because this process works in absence of air !

Very simple bro because mitochondria is power house of cell Mitochondria produce the energy necessary for the cell's survival and functioning. Through a series of chemical reaction Mitochondria break down glucose into an ATP.

The oxygen is present in the atmosphere but the yeast doesn't use it to release energy so it happens without oxygen
