- hi hi hi! it’s been a while since I’ve done a full jewelry collection video and I’ve added quite a bit since I last ran through all of my pieces! you guys know I’m obsessed with solid gold because I can wear it every day, it doesn’t tarnish or fade and it will last forever. I try to keep things as affordable as possible by shopping for antique or vintage pieces or using etsy and searching for 10k alternatives when possible. that being said, jewelry is a huge passion for me so I also look at a lot of these pieces as investments that are worth the money.

I know what you mean, about being a "ring girl"... I definitely gravitage towards rings & earrings. As I've gotten older, I've conscientiously fleshed out my collection of chains & bracelets, because for years I didn't have any of either, that weren't just cheap, costume jewelry.

Gorgeous vintage collection! I buy vintage jewelry as well. I use Autosol metal polish to bring my finds back to life it takes off minor scratches and tarnish.

Have you ever heard of permanent jewelry bracelets and/or anklets? They are usually dainty and pretty…seems like something you’d like and they literally weld it onto your wrist or ankle. I just got one last weekend and love it since I keep my bracelets on anyway.

Ok as someone just now getting into rings, I'd love your advice. Do you take off all of your rings whenever you wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, or put on lotion? I'm scared I'll somehow hurt or dull my new 14k solid gold rings. Also, do you wear both your engagement ring and wedding band all the time? What do you do with them when you go to the gym for example? Do you go to the gym bare-handed?
so I usually wash my hands with my rings on! 14k gold won't tarnish or dull, but soap can make your rings a little grimy over time so I just make sure to clean them every few weeks. for the gym I take them off because I like to lift weights and it hurts my hands to wear them and hold the dumbbells!
I’m into jewelry and can relate with the earring part. I just don’t find it worth it to buy solid gold earrings unless you never take the set off. I just feel like I’ll lose them. Rings and bracelets have my heart ❤
totally! since I leave them in for years at a time it's nice to have a good quality metal! but I'm the same way...rings and bracelets are just my faves ❤
Your collection is amazing! 😍 One of my “holy grail” pieces from Marla Aaron is like, $4k, so needless to say, it is on the back burner. 🤣 Will definitely check out some of the brands you mentioned.
P.S. Another great thing about gold is that you can sell it to make room for other pieces if you want!

it's held up so well! so far it's never unlocked by itself and stays super secure
