Most files can be found on several platforms, as long as they don't have the Non-Commercial on them you can sell the item. Most files will have the Community Commons-Attribution, meaning if you do make and sell the item, you need to, at the very least, mention the creator and that you are not the designer of the item. Share Alike is another addition there meaning if you do make a re-mix of the file, at least link back to the original(s) files and or/makers of the base model.
