At Maharishi Ayurveda, we recommend individuals with predominant Pitta body type or an imbalanced Pitta to choose cooling and soothing activities like swimming or cooling Yoga. Doing this and practices such as Nasya with cows ghee can significantly reduce their chances of Migraine episodes.
