I been feeling depressed yesterday and couldn't stop crying this morning. Then I sat to do some art. Made a bird on a branch. Wanted it to be set as seen from behind a prison window, but my bird resisted. So I painted her in a green setting. She is pretty and sparkly, calm and resilient. I am surprised. She is lovable albeit all alone. I haven't read your book yet. Just had a quick flip through. Sometimes things are too much of a burden and are better swept under the carpet. But I do watch your videos from time to time and they are relaxing. They have a fairy tale quality about them. And the colours are amazing. I watched a flip-through you did and saw unfinished projects, stalled projects, and beautiful works. I realised that it is ok as long as we keep moving forward and don't give up! I just wanted to share all this with you so you know what impact you are having on people's lives. I send you love and appreciation. Thank you.

Your work is amazing and I although I cannot draw, I picked up a pencil and before I knew it I had a bird on a branch! I love to colour so out came my polychromos pencils! Hi Tamara, like so many of the other creative’s have said, I also find it very calming and soothing just watching you work and all the beautiful colours that you use, also the tone of your voice just everything I find truly calming and soothing, so I wanted to thank you for that. I’m going through a particularly tough time at the moment so I’m so glad I stumbled across this video and signing up for your newsletter. The other thing is I have had Tombow’s for a long time, I only used to use them to colour individual stamps want to write things on cards, I had no idea I could do this type of thing with them, I’m so super excited to give this a try now and I’m so drawn to the cute quirky little birds.
