    A fantastic productive days in the life of beautiful Holly. Does everyone else find Holly's video's inspirational and motivating? Because I do. Great to see Holly enjoying the summer. It's very hot 🔥 in Scotland at the moment I don't think I can cope with the heat 😫 It's been a good summer so far 👌 Love 🥰 the productive vlog and love 💞Holly.

    Oh I’ve got problems with my Achilles too 😣 Mine got better but came back recently 😫😫😫 The best stretches I have found are calf raises on the stairs
    Can you do a separate video on achilles / calf stretches and strengthening?

    just a tip: dont do strength-training in the carbon plated fuelcell shoes! they are very unstable and have very soft foam, so that could lead to wrong load while lifting ==> which could mean injuries in the long run. As long distance runner mysel, my coach always says that I have to lift either barefoot (with socks ofc) or with a much harder&flatter low stacked shoe :)

    Hi Holly, I struggle with my foot as well due to too much running. However, I go to a fascia therapist. It's amazing. She recommended to me not to use the muscle roll and massage gun every day. Every time you use one of them, you produce micro injuries and they need some time to heal (approx. 1 week). Maybe think about not using those tools every day. I stopped using them and make a lot of progress. Stretching ist fine.

    I’ve been trying to plan a travel itinerary too but I get so overwhelmed , do I book all the flights / accommodations all before hand (especially if doing multiple cities or countries) do I book multiple excursions or activities or just walk around explore and find stuff the day of? It gets very overwhelming quickly !! But also fun to fantasize!!

      Once you travel you will figure out what best suites you. I've done group tours where everything is done for you which i didn't prefer as i like to just explore on my own and try food and experiences that i prefer. I tend to book as i travel, walk around all day just exploring new places if its a small city or use public transport etc if its larger. Most places will have loads of free activities such as museums, churches and historical sites so do your reasearch. Excersions like outdoor activities can easily be booked from agents when you arrive and hostels and hotels will also have connections and offers available. Its all down to how you want to roll and what you are comfortable with. You can book accomodation with free cancellation as a back up and always cancel if you find something better or plans change. The last thing you want is to book something before hand and with plans changing be stuck with the bill which is not good.

    Unrelated question but has your sleep improved since gaining weight from when you were over exercising and restricting? Like do you sleep in better, and not wake up in the night?

    Watching you that high up on the wall gave me a bit of anxiety as i twisted my knee recently and aparantly the Dr said i may need a operation as its likely a torn meniscus. Its messed up my plan to do my annaul three peaks challenge in July plus i may have to cancel my August travel adventure 😭 . Its got me feeling a bit down so i hope you keep healthy so your travels go smoothly.

      oh no i'm so sorry to hear this!!! but hopefully it will get better soon (with or without the operation) and you can get back to doing what you love!!! trust me, we've all been injured but you just have to stay positive!! ✨

    Holly i had physio for an injury and i got told clicking is flexibility. Nothing to worry about but u just have to strengthen those muscles everyday. X ( glad im not the only one who gets a lightbulb moment afterwards 😀)

    I have problems with my knees too and did many years of ballet, I'm pretty sure my turnout is what caused it.
