Learning tai chi would be one of the most enjoyable and beneficial journey you ever made. There are many forms and styles of tai chi available, choosing a suitable tai chi can be fun but could also be a very time consuming exercise, sometimes even frustrating!
A good way is to start with one of Dr Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programs. Dr Lam explains why and how in this clip.
I took Tai Chi lessons many years ago and really enjoyed it, but when I moved away from the area I fell out of it. I'm so glad to get back in the habit from checking out your videos.

After 17 months, my doctor thinks its fibromyalgia. Everything hurts, everywhere, all of the time. I also have a genetic disorder. I changed my diet and I'm trying to change my lifestyle. Carolanne, hope you are getting better. Many of my tai chi participants found my Tai Chi for Health program, especially Tai Chi for Arthritis or Tai Chi for Rehabilitation helped their fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

your volume is low on the TH-cam videos, it is difficult to hear.
Although I find him soft spoken (beautifully so), I don't find him too quiet to hear. Double check the volume that is built-in to TH-cam. Whether I look at it on my phone or my laptop, often I find the volume has arbitrarily been bumped way down from where I last had it.
