I don’t think this is even a professional league. It’s semi-pro. Professional leagues start at League 2 and this is the National League which is below that

As a Blackpool Fan , I've been watching Wrexham and how the new owners have invested in the club, no extravagant signings just sensible solid choices, this match gave me goosebumps. Incredible its so refreshing to see a football club being run properly.
