you could probally offer 3 k and they would take it cause the lot rent is terrible which means terrible owners!! What a shame I feel bad for these people I would buy this unit and fix it up some but why bother you wont get it back with obnoxious run parks like this shameful hope the owners of the park read this.
The lot rent is outrageous! When I moved to Sebastian in 2010 I was only paying $400 in BareFoot Bay. Times have really changed.
