As a nostalgic and sentimental person i love what your mom has done to her home! This style reminded me of how my mother in law decorated. Shes no longer with us but it took me back. I absolutely loved the picture from downtown Mobile, the women were just stunning! ❤

Thank you so much for sharing this. You have no idea how much I enjoyed this. It reminds me of my mother’s mobile home. She passed away 6 years ago and I miss her everyday. Her house was just like this. It was so cozy and filled with special items that meant so much to her. I loved spending time there. I have special items that belonged to her and they are so special to me. I will watch this video many times because it takes me back to a beautiful time.

My whole house is full of them and I love looking at them and the memories they have. I am definitely from the old school as I am 83years old. I just Adore your Beautiful home. Donna you and James did a Fantastic job on your Mom's home. This was a Breath of fresh air to see all your wonderful memories. Oh my! I adore your mama's home! It's so beautiful, cozy & warm! We had a mobil home we loved, but after my mama had to go into a nursing home due to Alzheimers, and I became disabled, we sold it and moved in with my dad. I honestly believe we had more room in our mobil home than we do in this house! Your mama & I share the same name! I love y'alls decorating style! I love chenille bedspreads too !!! Always in style and washable ! Donna, that’s a lovely bedroom set. How sweet she says “your baby pic is her prized possession”. Omg the dumpster dive chair is stunning. JC Penny use to have those rugs. They were not cheap. Her trunk in the bedroom is priceless. Beautiful things! Wow, what treasures! Really sweet and it’s wonderful she knows Donna that you would so appreciate all theses items and they will continue to be treasured. That’s so important to a Mother. Oh I love the rug in the master bath !!! So many people don’t put beautiful in the bathrooms. All my bathrooms have antique rugs. Nice to see she appreciates them and showcases them in a bathroom. Donna, so sweet of you to share so much with your mama !!!❤

Beautiful!!!! I love beadboard!!! And the natural color she left it, just makes the rooms feel huge! They don't make them any better 😒 we bought a manufactured home, ripped everything out and redid it.... walls were paper thin and not even an inch of insulation! I love the way your Mama says "started housekeeping". I am around your mama's age. I have all my grandma's pots and pansand her sewing table. I also have my grandma's dining room table that her and my granddad bought the week they got married in 1912. Loved the tour.
