Landscaping Company Shop FAILS Fire Inspection

Our local fire department recently conducted a fire safety inspection here at Auman HQ and we failed! In this video, Caleb will show you what we got wrong and what needs to happen in order to successfully pass the inspection.

The extinguishers you have now can still be inspected annually. Once they are 6 years old they will need to be serviced(broken down and rebuilt). A lot of companies will not service these because they are lower quality extinguishers. If I were you I’d hire someone to come out and annually inspect them and slowly replace those with higher quality once’s that can be serviced

you may want to question them abt the stairs thay are not required per code thats considered a mezineen
a ladder is all that is required a set of stairs is expensive thanks for youre videos
