Capcom really mastered ibuki's fluidity in this series! If used properly you can go an entire match with her attacking nonstop without missing and I'm not talking about mashing buttons, especially if you're a person that likes to rush attack and is a speedster. Her combos are well choreographed and has way more of a variety than any other character in the game. She's by far the best and my favorite easily. Some say she's a cheatcode lmao
She has tons of moves and options for many of them. Nothing can be taken for granted w/ her: a command dash, a dash that crosses through the opponent, a command jump, a lot of chain/target combos in the air and grounded, an ex dp wakeup attack w/ multiple followups to it, another special attack that has an optional followup into another special or super and a special and super that work as a command grab or multihit attack depending on circumstances such as distance, a sweep that can cancel into 2 different normals that in turn can be super-jump-canceled, etc. It’s hard to know which side she’ll attack from or whether she’ll attack from the ground or the air. She’s really fun to play and hard to hit.
@@riz3778 she's a vortex character Her gameplan is to knock your opponent down and loop her 50/50's over and over Good mixups like her Hien (overhead) Forward Medium Kick (overhead) Neck Breaker (low) Tsuji Goe (command jump) Kasumi Gake (command dash) And her Kunais (can cross up if aim right) She also has good anti airs to make sure that no one jumps too much and also one the very few characters with an air throw. Hope this helped
There are two versions of Ibuki's EX air kunai. d, df, f, two punch buttons. and d, df, f (hold forward), two punch buttons. The second version comes out slower but has better recovery.
me agrada mucho mirar los tutoriales de Ibuki. I like see a Ibuki Tutorial. Can you do a video show the diferents Strategy combos? Or can you do a exhibition video en a practice mode? thanks
+DrewTony'Z I see, I'm one of those fans of Ibuki who loves all of it. And his videos are excellent. Living waiting for many more new videos. If that video I saw him many times. I'd like to also contact with you via social networks. Thank you.
I read somewhere that Ibuki's Raida is toned down from 2nd Impact. How so? And what is the difference in Button Strength? I don't own game or I'd find out for myself.
Anybody know any combos for her (not the target ones)? I just got the 30th Anniversary edition on my Switch and I'm trying to find new characters as my main
Yo, how do you execute any ex abilities? Maybe I'm missing something, but I dont own the game. Is it pressing two punch buttons at the same time for the ex kunai for example? Or is it tap it in quick succession?

I love the target combo system
Easily the best Ibuki moves video I’ve seen on TH-cam. Really appreciate the inputs listed on screen. Trying to get good with her in Third Strike.
Yeah, well, it's my thing, hihi.

So many target combos... And I thought Duds was bad.
is having target combos bad?
@@riz3778 not really
As an ibuki main most of them are useless

+JoshReflek It is stated in the video PP(hold forward). But it's nice you gave some insight, good job!
Her stage theme reminds me of listening to the Samurai Champloo OST. It's funky to vibe and cope in with.
During her command dash she takes more damage. Odd little detail but it makes sense.
If she crouches a little then that follows the rules of this game.
something about Ibuki in this game is that changed her super 3 compared with new gen and 2nd impact
i didn't know ibuki was that complex
hope these characters make it to another vs capcom series

Always been a mystery to me. Fun fact: if you use her SAIII and hit a kunai of the other player, it will trigger the attack.

3:27 how do you make the kubi ori hit three times, ive been trying and i cant figure it out
That's the EX move, press any two Punch buttons to perform and make sure you have enough Super Gauge.
I can’t seem to double hit in the air. Does anyone have any advice? Or am I missing something ?
It won't hit at all times if the opponent is standing, to be certain, hit them when they are in the air or as early as possible.
I have a question. I've always wondered this. What does she say during her second super? And what does it mean?
I think she says 'Katsu Go' which is like activate or something like that.
Is crouching HP typically an uppercut for every character?
wait so DF MK does a slide kick?
That looks like a good poke to mix with qcf to confuse people or at least not be as predictable.
Also if you're fast enough standard Tsumuji's can be put low even earlier.
Not all crouching HP are uppercut like. I just showed that Tsumuji can end in a low attack and all of its variations. Yeah, DF+MK has good range.
I'll be sure to note that.
I've got about 2 days of Third Strike under my belt right now, and a LOOOOOONG way to go.
yugijak Check Hugo and Twelve and you're gonna have the answer

What does kasumi kage do?
Dash, but I can't remember if it passes through the opponent or not.
General rules for beating online ibuki’s? I’m struggling against them right now
Try playing a bit more on the defensive.

In this game, all you have to do is just punch and juggle the opponent around the field
And it's the coolest street fighter capcom has ever released!!!
