    Great video, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
    Would you happen to have any Group C that you want to let go?

      Update: I got my own new Group C, which I want to tune as you are describing here... so, could you please advice on what specific type of screws for the 4 front axle replacement and the 2 motor holder ?
      Thank you !

    Very good explanation, thanks. Just wondering how you can set the front ride height without the wheels built-in. Also where are the spacers to go that you are mentioning here?
    I learned that straightening a slot it chassis is often needed, and will give you a much smoother running car.
    Keep on making these interesting videos 🙂!

    • @Carfunmostly
      @Carfunmostly 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The spacers go around the guide stem, pushing it slightly away from the chassis.

    • @norcalslotcarsceneandvinta3518
      @norcalslotcarsceneandvinta3518  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The chassis ride height is set with spacers between the guide and the chassis. After the chassis ride height is set, you then set the front wheel/tire height. The two are independent of each other.
      I've found most SlotIt chassis to be pretty straight, but if you have one that's not you may need to straighten it.

      @norcalslotcarsceneandvinta3518  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's what I started with for weight. This car ran fine with no additional weight. 7mm screws for the motor pod and 9.5mm for the body. SP159901 and SP159902

      No, I don't. Just a little drop with a toothpick and let it flow into the seam. Another type of glue might be better however.
