  • 🙋🏻‍♀️ Hey everyone! It's been a hot minute since I've posted a video. Having a baby is a really crazy and SUPER AMAZING season of life that keeps you really busy. I'm absolutely loving it, but I sure am missing you guys. So, I am trying to get back into rhythm on the ol' You Tube.     I agree with you. Pregnancy really requires drinking less coffee. But I found that many mothers still drink coffee after pregnancy. Thank you for your sharing.       Thank you! I'm trying to get caught up on videos I filmed during pregnancy so this was filmed awhile back. I had a great labor and delivery, praise Jesus! 🙌🏻 I've had a little bit of regular coffee here and there, but I'm mostly sticking to Swiss water decaf coffee. It tastes the same to me and since I've been off caffeine for so long, I figure I might as well keep it going. 😁 Thank you so much for tuning into my videos.     I have 4 kids and declined glucose test with all. I just said no and did no testing for that. They just measured my belly.
    I had a midwife for all 4 as well. My fourth was a waterbirth.
    I highly recommend hypnobirthing, sometimes called calm birthing. It might also be called Bradley method in the states.
    Do you follow Western A. Price Foundation? Are you having eggs, butter, liver, oysters, marrow. Wish you could get raw milk. Otherwise try to get Gruyere or Parmesan cheeses from Italy or Switzerland made with raw milk.

      Hopefully no pre-natal vitamins as they contain synthetic vitamin A and Folic Acid (instead of Folate). Eating liver and egg yolks plus cod liver oil will cover these.

      That is awesome! We planned to do a water birth with this pregnancy, but she came too quickly before we could get the tub set up, lol. I am behind on videos so this one was filmed awhile back.
