- This edition features a little cute retirement house that is semi-permanent...to mean that the walls were made out of mud or earth if you want to call it that way. Then finally covered up using cement.
It is a gift from the children that was done in a record One month.
I like the fact that it is small and easy to manage in terms of cleanliness especially for the now fairly aged parents.

Don't shy away from asking for referrals from people who have gone before you...
I think for a semipermanent house the cost of repair can be a little expensive though?
Yes
From my experience semi's wear out faster in comparison to permanent houses.
How do they deal with termites it's a problem in that area.
The foundation was lifted a few inches off the ground.
Helps ward them off if it only for a while.

Very disappointed with the toilet facilities. Squatting. So low is pld school. Grab rails to support those who require. The children should make a few upgrades especially if the parents are very elderly.
This is a rightful observation, although sometimes resources may have been limited.
