To answer the most asked question, budget was slightly over 1M, we had a contractor Mr. Wekesa who was overall incharge his number is [phone], the structure fundi was Cristopher his number is [phone] and Josphat was the one doing Gypsum work and paint job his number is [phone]. Cabinets and wardrobes were done by 0727 153077 Wandera. They don't mind being contacted.

This house would easily scoop "Tiny homes in Kenya" award..Amazing tones and workmanship from the fundis who did the walling,ceiling and cabinetry👍.Kudos to the thoughts of having the water pump,hot shower and a fully functional kitchen🤠.Feels like...City scents in the village.I would pay for a weekend here
