DTB WINS CASE AGAINST BUSINESSMAN HAM KIGGUNDU - COURT DECLARES DTBU&DTBK SYNDICATED LOAN LAWFUL

The Supreme Court has ordered for a retrial in high court on issues of facts in the case businessman Hamis Kiggundu had filed against DTB Uganda and Kenya.
However, on the issue of illegalities, court was of the view that, there was no law brought or cited to the attention of this Court, which forbids the creation of the impugned syndicated agency relationship entered in between DTB Uganda and Kenya

Mr. Semakula, while saying that Ham Kigundu has worked hard to make other people's lives better in Uganda, dont forget to remember that before Ham erected his so called shopping grounds at park yard there are people whose property was destroyed by fires in that place several times. The lives of some of these people and families were completely destroyed and have never recovered since then..............It is now his turn to face the Music...............what goes round comes back round

Whatever I see happening in our own country Uganda is such kind of discouragement to whoever wishes to work hard and make it and make other people's lives better like Mr. Hamis does. This discourages young Ugandan entrepreneurs alot😢
