As an advocate,you might talk and execute your case very well until your client believes you have won,but when the judges start poking holes in what you said,your client might just faint!!!!

The judges' questions ain't conclusions, they are in pursuit of clarifications before they make judgements. Moreover, these questions do not mean that the senior counsels don't have answers. Instead, they are points that the judges want them to focus on in their arguments going forward.
You are VERY WRONG in your observation, this is not how this thing is leaning; without Fridays hearing, there is only one side that is looking far more credible than the other overall. Isaac Lenaola, in my opinion, is the sharpest Supreme Court judge on the panel. I like how he articulates his questions and their depth. I don’t know which way he’ll sway though. Hoping victory for Raila all the way from U.S.

The judges giving much shots at Chebukati is a sign of another election not rerun. Uhuru Kenyatta will back his powers putting the parliament to work on appointment and vetting process of another chair or reconstitution of iebc.Another 2 possible years for Uhuru without DP.
