You have a bearing in the flywheel, a dead center would support it nicely. Lube is not needed for cast iron. Tool stickout is excessive. Otherwise, spend some time watching abom79 vids.
Hey thanks for the comment, you are correct but all was for the viewers. The camera shot was quick and easy w/ out any center. The lube keeps the dust down and smoke out of the shots. The stick out is what was setup already and was able to cut both the bore and relieve the chamfer so I left it long, good eye! Glad to see a real machinist commenting on my videos though so thanks again for the view, and I love Abom and his custom Suzuki pistons.
