      Dehaze Tluanga because its a buy out clause, if you pay the buy out clause you have no way to contest it as player or team... that's why the rule is unfair and barca abused it.

    • @lunarisita26

      @@DayzAhat that's not right... the player has to agree, it's the player the one with a choice. But you can't expect a player to refuse to play for barcelona or real madrid. In the spanish law every worker has the right to buy their own contracs that's the reason why this release clauses exist. Leganes example is super sad because the captain went viral on spanish internet for his passion, their fighting spirit and sadness (he cried during the post match interview...)

    Removing the buy out clause as suggested is a good idea, as would creating a time deadline to do this which would give some more bargaining power to the club likely to get pillaged by a bigger club.

    Step 1: Buy cheap 3rd goalkeeper in the summer
    Step 2: Hire some local fixers to help him "acquire" an injury that will rule him out for 5+ months right after the January window closes
    Step 3: Buy one of your direct contenders' star striker by activating his release clause
    Step 4: ???
    Step 5: Profit
    FYI, I'm available in case any Spanish club is looking for a sporting director. I've been playing FM since 2005 and got arrested twice for public exposure in Magaluf so I tick both the necessary experience and language skills boxes. HMU.

      Why buy a cheap 3rd GK when you can loan?

    • @tenzingdawa4220
      @tenzingdawa4220 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      TC 11 All clubs have to register their players for the upcoming season during the summer and winter transfer market period. Only players who are registered beforehand can play during the season (except for youth players). But there is only a set number of registration places that each club can use (23 I think). Which means if you have 30 senior players, you will have to choose which 23 players you want to choose for the coming season. The unregistered players cannot play in the competition. So when Laliga player gets long term injury, the club can unregister that injured player and instead buy a new player who can take his place in the registration slot...

    • @Christopher_TG
      @Christopher_TG 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The issue goes well beyond Tebas. La Liga's problem is that for too long both the RFEF and La Liga have bent over backwards to appease the two super-clubs. The result is two of the world's richest and most famous clubs calling Spain home, but at the cost of having an actually competitive league. Having more equitable sharing of income or having restrictions on player spending would help, but by now the super-clubs have become so entrenched and have so much political power that it's difficult to imagine anything's going to change.

    In my opinion the rule should be much more restrictive,
    you can't use it for outfield players if you have over 20 outfield players registered.
    For GK you can only have 1 fit one (i.e. The limit is 2 with the added player)
    For wide players your limit is 1 on the effected side (LB, LWB,LM, & LW make up the left hand side)
    For defenders the limit is 5 total including LB LWB RB &RWB
    For CB the limit is 3 and includes DM
    For CM the limit is 3 including AM and DM
    For forwards the limit is 2, ST, AM and attacking wingers count
    If you have under 15 fit players you can use this regardless of the situation otherwise
    To even the balance of power I would also add the buyout clause when used under this rule is a payment for a loan until the next transfer window not the purchasing price and can include any other loan restrictions like not playing against the donor team. The team gaining a player also pay all wages and bonuses

    This clause isn’t fair in the slghtest. One team loses a player temporarily due to injury, while the other team lose a player permanently without warning and without replacement. What LaLiga let Barca do to Leganes was an absolute disgrace, they basically relegated Leganes by handicapping them like that. Emergency transfer should be scrapped because big clubs like Barca often have incredible academies and can easily look there for solutions when players get long term injuries. As a matter of fact, clubs should be pushed to use their academies more over transfers, the inflated transfer market just ends up being a bunch of rich clubs exchanging huge sums with each other.

    I can see why a rule such as this exists but it should only be allowed if both clubs agree to it, not by triggering a buyout clause. Leganes fans must still be furious.

  • @MYGgamers
    @MYGgamers 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    The issues really is that they put release clauses on their players. If there was no release clause, you wouldn't have this problem really.

    • @jammiedodger123
      @jammiedodger123 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      In Spain players are allowed to buy themselves out so for more security most players are given release clauses. I think they used to be compulsory but it changed. This is my interpretation of the law but I don't know whether this is correct
