So you have to think... knowing those things, what is soooo great that you need to stay? He will never put me first, hope one day he'll realize that she doesn't love him, if she loves him she would leave her husband and marriage him.. he been her side dude for at least 13 years, and this is her 3rd husband just got married a year ago.. but it's not my problem, I confront him last week and I ended the relationship last week.. None of this applies if YOU’RE the one who screwed up and caused the breakup. Load up on humility and don’t smother them. Bring them along slowly. But you can’t BE the problem and then expect your ex to initiate the solution. Nobody makes the videos from that perspective. But if you did nothing wrong and your ex just bounced for no solid reason, NEVER go back!!

I think he means that let your ex do the initiative. Don't chase after them, no matter how bad you missed them or how excited you are to get back together again. Instead, keep it cool, and let them do the work first. That will show how serious their intention to amend the relationship. And also to teach your ex that you've given so many chance to them and they are going to losing you if they don't treat you right.
