Also, hollow points alone aren't as effective as water filled hollow points. I thought the officer referred to him as "White Man Freddy" Anyway, if they're compromised cops Stallone's character was right to confront them. Sure they might have killed him but in the time they drew he might have shot them. He never implied his weapon was holstered; but their's are.
