The difference is that Tyler can make a whole song by himself and it will be amazing. Khaled can never and has never made the list without a powerhouse artist
Tyler is a fan of jazz, soul, punk rock and putting all of this into something creative including Hip-Hop. The man expands musically, no one’s looking for the same old sound that plays on the radio 24/7. They need something different, authentic, real even. Tyler embodies that sound. He ain’t the best but he’s a perfect example of what artist need to start doing
Best kind of music is music that takes inspiration from multiple different sources. Can’t have the same exact thing for 12 songs in a row and call it an album.

His name isn't Tyler The Creator for no reason. He actually takes the time to create music that suits the vibe that he has, and he enjoys it as much as we do. Not to mention he's SUPER talented, like come on! he conducted a whole entire Orchestra for the Louis Vuitton in 2022 and it was so AMAZING.
I’ve never actually plunged into Tyler the Creator’s music, but he’s always struck me as someone whose motivation is his art, not what’s gonna make him huge money.
He very much is. He used to have a sketch comedy show with some of the OF gang back in the day on adult swim. It was almost like snl met jackass with some black flair. He gave up on the comedy stuff because he was tired of being referred to ass “the funny guy”. at one point he was more known to mainstream audiences for his comedy. In an era where you can just pay to be #1 on the charts, Tyler’s one of the few still making music because he loves it. And that is why Tyler’s one of the GOATs of our generation.
This is why I love Tyler's personality, he doesn't care about being on top, he doesn't get upset that his album isn't number 1, he just enjoys the music and its foundation. I could be overthinking it, but I feel like Tyler’s music allows you to be yourself, while Khalid is all about superficial success. I think you’re right, I’ll add on that a lot of us had been listening to Tyler for a while already (or after discovering him looked into his discography and history) and felt a connection to the way he presented himself and interacted with his art. I love how much Tyler has developed as an artist, I mean just look at the shift between Goblin and Flower Boy, I personally think he is the best rap artist out currently and has been since 2017.
Nah, because the rapping within his older songs was better than his newer songs. His new stuff sounds hella different and has way more singing than his older music. It depends on what kinda rap you like considering there's just so many different genres, him being the best rapper in recent times is a bit of a stretch. Earl has better rap skills imo than Tyler, but Tyler is able to combine so many different sounds and make it work.
Fr. T is also among my all time favorite rappers/hip hop artists and I hope his next project further cements that (even if it breaks the 2-year trend 💀).
5:36 So true. You gotta innovate and be unique in your music. Generic music is fine, but it will never have as high potential as music that has a unique touch to it.
What I like about Tyler is that almost all his songs and beats and props and most of the time when he’s asked about them his response is “I just like it”
Tyler is an actual artist telling his story in a goofy, unique way and is a pretty likable person. Even how he handled this 'beef' was correct. DJ Khaled just googles "Top 15 Rap artists" and yeets them all together over a generic beat and expects everyone to appreciate his 'mind blowing' art, it's laughable. I'm glad Tyler exposed the crybaby haha
When it comes down to it, if your ears are enjoying what you’re listening to, then that’s all that matters. Tyler is a genius when it comes to his music and obviously, a lot of people’s ears are feeling his music. It’s a nice break away from the usual, as he mocked, “I’m not at the club, I’m not In The back of a Mayback”. Tyler puts out shit that people can relate to and feel. That’s what makes him a genius, the fact that he can make you feel something with his music.
Tyler spent so much time being the enemy of the media in the Odd Future days that he understand his role in Hollywood and keeps it real everytime. Started listening to Tyler around 2010 and I would’ve never expected my man to be a #1 artist but here we are!
This is the definition of Quality > Quantity. Sure in father of asahd, he had every feat possible while tyler only had some people like kanye on PUPPET and bibi mascel on I THINK, tyler portrayed a good story and was very beautiful.
I like happy endings like these. People get too lost in the moment. We're all the same afterall. Competition is healthy, but everything in moderation. Two artists, deservingly successful, at two very different genre of music. Better to work together as rivals than against each other to crush one another.
DJ Khaled is the kind of guy to go on the show Hot Ones, eat only 3 hot wings before quitting, and still be delusional enough to say he won the hot sauce challenge while making an absolute fool of himself for the next 30 minutes of the interview. Oh wait...that actually happened.
Bro, he basically just explained why he lost,he makes commercially successful music, which nobody actually acknowledges but tyler put time and dedication to his album
I look up to Tyler, his personality is amazing and how he is with being himself, I would like to do that a little more myself. Also sunny this was another amazing video! Well edited as always, and entertaining!
Khaled is just mad Tyler does music and comedy better than he does, without being carried by expensive features, producers and a thousand other people that work on "his" album
Over here complaining about getting #2, meanwhile I'd be crying tears of joy just to get #5, or #6, #7, really just getting on the chart is something to be happy about.
Damn, imagine being so heated that your song got placed at Number 2 instead of Number 1 on the fucking 100 BILLBOARD. There's a whole lotta talented music artists that would've been ecstatic to be placed high on that list, regardless of whether they were in the top 3 or not.

@YoungBoyNeverBorkeAgianno we don’t
Start with Bastard. His development is beautiful
This was one of the most satisfying W's I've ever witnessed.
Tyler is just more artistically innovative while DJ Khaled stays in his traditional ways.
I’m just happy Khalid’s fake nice guy personality got exposed.
Patrick Star cameo at 1:46 !
LOLLLL
lol!
thats what i thought 😭😭
😂😂😂
Went from "We da best" to "We depressed" 💀 im dead
Tyler is a generational once in a lifetime artist
@Grayson-fo2lhloser
5:36 So true. You gotta innovate and be unique in your music. Generic music is fine, but it will never have as high potential as music that has a unique touch to it.
Tyler is an ADHD genius. DJ Khalid just says his name in songs and forces his audiences to do his performances
You know your day is good when SunnyV2 uploads 😂
Sure
🤖🤖🤖🤖
@Grayson-fo2lh already Muslim habibi
Your thumbnail wild for making Tyler white
Dj Khaled makes music for the general population, Tyler makes music for music enthusiasts
What I like about Tyler is that almost all his songs and beats and props and most of the time when he’s asked about them his response is “I just like it”
DJ Khaled: We not the best music:(
I’m a walking f*****g paradox… if you recognize those words your an OG
Threesomes with a fuckin triceratops
bro said we the second best 😂😂
"i have no enemies" - tyler, the creator
I can’t believe you made a video about this, this is one of my fav stories to tell my friends
Seek therapy.
Stop hating mf@@mrf1213
Tyler is an actual artist telling his story in a goofy, unique way and is a pretty likable person. Even how he handled this 'beef' was correct.
DJ Khaled just googles "Top 15 Rap artists" and yeets them all together over a generic beat and expects everyone to appreciate his 'mind blowing' art, it's laughable. I'm glad Tyler exposed the crybaby haha
“Tyla Thuh Creataaah”
When it comes down to it, if your ears are enjoying what you’re listening to, then that’s all that matters. Tyler is a genius when it comes to his music and obviously, a lot of people’s ears are feeling his music. It’s a nice break away from the usual, as he mocked, “I’m not at the club, I’m not In The back of a Mayback”. Tyler puts out shit that people can relate to and feel. That’s what makes him a genius, the fact that he can make you feel something with his music.
Good lord this shit is so petty.
Your videos are better than your content. Maybe pivot to shit actually worth talking about
Tyler spent so much time being the enemy of the media in the Odd Future days that he understand his role in Hollywood and keeps it real everytime. Started listening to Tyler around 2010 and I would’ve never expected my man to be a #1 artist but here we are!
This is a example of someone who’s humble and someone who lets the ego get the best of them 🤷♀️
Sunny's editing style is amazing tbh.
Facts
Imagine your album taking #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and still be upset about it.
This is the definition of
Quality > Quantity.
Sure in father of asahd, he had every feat possible while tyler only had some people like kanye on PUPPET and bibi mascel on I THINK, tyler portrayed a good story and was very beautiful.
that was certainly a "life is roblox" moment
I like happy endings like these. People get too lost in the moment. We're all the same afterall. Competition is healthy, but everything in moderation.
Two artists, deservingly successful, at two very different genre of music. Better to work together as rivals than against each other to crush one another.
8:20 have they explored each others body’s
BRO WHAT
@@Randomguy-xy7kxdj Khalid and Tyler having gay sex
Man what…
yo what.
Idk maybe
Absolutely love Tyler the Creator, also wild how he humbles himself by having his audience booooo him live, obviously all in love.
DJ Khalid vs Old Tyler would be the biggest train wreck in rap history. Thank god Tyler is more mature nowadays
Bro, he basically just explained why he lost,he makes commercially successful music, which nobody actually acknowledges but tyler put time and dedication to his album
@Grayson-fo2lh ok
I look up to Tyler, his personality is amazing and how he is with being himself, I would like to do that a little more myself. Also sunny this was another amazing video! Well edited as always, and entertaining!
@Grayson-fo2lhCan you like.. shut up?
never thought i'd see the album cover of cherry bomb in a sunnyv2 video
Khaled is just mad Tyler does music and comedy better than he does, without being carried by expensive features, producers and a thousand other people that work on "his" album
Over here complaining about getting #2, meanwhile I'd be crying tears of joy just to get #5, or #6, #7, really just getting on the chart is something to be happy about.
I really enjoyed this video
Dj Khaled is the best example of how overconfidence can get you in life
this
Damn, imagine being so heated that your song got placed at Number 2 instead of Number 1 on the fucking 100 BILLBOARD.
There's a whole lotta talented music artists that would've been ecstatic to be placed high on that list, regardless of whether they were in the top 3 or not.
Now we just need a video about how Kendrick Lamar destroyed Drake.
But... Life is Roblox 😭😭😭
Na kid
