This was gold! 😂 The names Abuela’s will say for fast food places are the best. “El Booger Kin” would get me all the time! 🤣
😂
Abuella and Laritza throwing mad shade while grilling each other PERFECT! 🤣❤
Funny thing is this conversation would not happen. If a grand kid dared to say this to an Abuela, lord save them from a chancletaso from their parent. 🤣😂🤣😂
O un chancletazo de la misma abuela 😅
Chancletaso and a good disowning.
Cinto y chancla
Haha! Chancletaso! lol 😂
😂😂😂 I also thought we were saying "Viva Peru" specially since my mom is Peruvian 😂
I was 20 when my dad told me that my grandma knows English. My sister, cousin, and I thought we were slick speaking English 😂💀
😂😂😂
@@FreedomofSpeech865 "Why are you saying Abia doesn't understand? She was a seamstress, she had a store. She needed to know English."
my sister, cousin, and I realizing why she always looked at us when we talked specifically about boys: oh shiznit
I love how Abuela imitate Gringa's accent jajaja
My wife nudged me on that one :P
I'm Korean who went to school in America. When I use English at home, this is exactly how my mom reacts. 😂 The only difference is that she really doesn't understand English so I have to repeat everything in Korean anyways
I also grew up also calling the refrigerator a frigidaire…the only difference between Laritza and I is that THE MINUTE I would have questioned or talked back to my grandma, her and her cane would have walked outside to get a switch off the rose bush…
😂
My Italian nonna always called it frigider! I never knew the proper word was frigorifero.
I truly wonder where that frigider/frigidaire comes from 😂
Damn, rose bushes are thorny 😂
lol from How will I know, to Abuela knows.
and from Can't touch this, to Kentucky.
The fruit basket magically appearing and "How Will I Know" song had me dying! 😂 This was too funny.
The way Abuela is throwing shade at Laritza and then her back is exactly what would happen in a situation like this 😂❤👏
The first time my Salvadoran suegrita came to stay with us, I asked her in the store if there was anything special she wanted me to buy for breakfast. She asked for "kwah-cair," a wonderful hot dish that they used to serve the kids in the American hospital she worked for in Honduras in her late teens. She spotted the logo and pointed at it: QUAKER oatmeal.
😅😅😅😂😂😂
Aja El kuaaaquer
Aja El kuaaaquer
Aja El kuaaaquer
Aja El kuaaaquer
ROTFLMAO!!! I had an Irish gran who spoke with a brogue. Many times when we visited as kids, she would tell us to try new things and not be such "schtikndameds" which I thought for years was some Irish expression....I was almost an adult when I realized it was her effort at pronouncing "sticks in the mud"...she was speaking English and I couldn't tell! She also used to serve us kids hot tea and Irish sausage. One day I told my mom I missed eating Grandma O'D's Irish sausage, and my mom (whose own mom was Dutch) said, "Oh fer cryin' out loud, there's no such thing as Irish sausage...she was cooking Jimmy Dean sausage! She liked to call everything she made 'Irish'!"
Could listen to stories like yours all day long! 😂
This is REALLY funny! We should have Abuela meet an Irish grandma.
@@KevinBosch battle of the superstitious Catholic grans...
Just make sure you throw in a lot of "Jesus, Mary, and Josephs" plus "Saints Preserve Us" cus those were practically her mantras/catchphrases.
My mom understands everything my kids say in English but to this day she refuses to use it after 26 years of living in America.
Haha that's my 5 yo now. She understands Russian but won't speak it most times.
I love how she's sipping her drink and rolling her eyes 😂
That's Materva, a yerba maté soda originally from Cuba, but now made in Miami. It's the best!
I will never again sing ‚can‘t touch this‘ and ‚how will i know’ properly 😂😂😂 laritza and abuela are my favorite characters, and i had a lot of fun seeing them clash like this 👍👍
You mean, Kentucky
But Laritza has a point! My abuela and my tia ALSO got mad at me for not speaking spanish but THEY BOTH have lived in America longer than I was alive, and neither still don't speak any english! How does that make sense
I know you’re busy with other projects, but I’ve missed abuela and her family. ❤
I'm impressed how much she puts up with Maruchi and Laritza.....both a pain to her .....whom she loves dearly lmao
La chancla would have come flying toward my head if I tried this.
Siempreeeeee every cereal will forever be conflay!!
TFW you're super impressed that Abuela could imitate Laritza's accent so well and then it hits you 🤦🏻♀️
True story: my mom used to think that the “Shake your booty” song said “6 de octubre!!”😂
So funny! Too cute! Thanks for sharing! 😅
"I'm baby" killed me 😂
I will never hear that Whitney Houston song and not think of what Abuela knows.
Great job! My kids and sibs could relate. My Cuban mother always called Sam's Club "El Sans", and sandwiches "sanguiches," amongst many other mistakes.
Hahahaha! All that and Laritza still got no mac n cheese bro.
She's so lucky she didn't get the chancla ... 😳
Abuela in our series doesn't use la chancla. Too many videos would be over too quickly.
😂🤣😂 why is this so relatable. So many things I found out in my later years were not pronounced that way 😂
Laritza needs to simmer down before she gets la chancleta. Falta de respeto.
ViVaporu? Us Puerto Ricans just call it Veex 😭🤣
Los dominicanos también dicen vivaporú
Y en México just Vaporrub, LOL
Vic's salve... 😂 In Roatan, Honduras
I wouldn't dare with my abuelita.
Jenny! Sending ❤ from Arizona. My grandson and I loved this video, especially because he knows all the slangs from stories I tell him about my own abuela, calling Spring Break, Es Sprin Bracket 😂😂❤😂
I am now using that instead of Semana Santa. Hahaha
Abuela does no wrong in my eyes, she's G.O.A.T. 😅 I can relate to all of these scenarios growing up in Brooklyn with my abuela, straight out of the Dominican Republic 😂
Especially el vivaporú!
My Mexican parents always said vaporu until I took the time as an adult to read the label did I know I had been lied to my whole life
Sunset Park?

This struggle is real 😂. As always, EXCELLENT 👍
Coooooooño pero que FALTA de respeto!!! I mean I know it's a skit and completely accurate and was still funny and very satisfying lol. But this made me so anxious to watch because if I ever even dreamed of talking to my mom like this- 🤣🤣😱😱
Verdad que we Cubans have cada dicho and ways of saying funny words
This is so accurate I hurt myself laughing 😂😂😂
Kentucky!😅😅
Im SO showing this to my classes, Jenny!
No outtakes?
Imagine asking grama for food but then roasting her like what 😅
Eeeeey Peruvian rep!
Peruana aquí happy de ser parte de la party.
😂😂😂😂...abuelas nows that your grilling some meat..😂😂😂 that was my childhood 😂😂😂
My Nan wasn’t even Hispanic and she’d say “temperature” “tempa-chor”.
You say that like it's an odd thing ...
Jenny does it again and never disappoints! This channel should be at 500k already!
I love the way Abuella imitates Lariza speaking English / Spanglish..🤣 that's gold! ..You should do a short form vid of Abuella doing Lariza limitations. 😂🧡
Lol 😂😂😂 this video is awesome always gotta show u love.
Omg bro like I can’t wait lol
Bruh, why did it take me more than half my life to realise it was VaporRub too 💀
"Viva Peru" Jaja te quedó bueno! "Diez coto" "frigidaire"
Abuela knows 😂
Love your videos 😂
I loved cornflakes as a child.
I'm from California but have been living in Dominican Republic for five years now and I was cracking up so hard at the conflei thing
I feel for abuela; I thought that my favorite grunge song was "Hey Tennessee," until I became an adult and learned it was "Hey Jealousy." Also, I cannot say "refrigerador"--I say "nevera" even though I'm not from Spain
There is an easy way in Mexico: just "refri"
In some Latin American countries refrigerators are also called "neveras" (Puerto Rico, Colombia) or even "hieleras" (with silent h) (Argentina)
Abuela con 🎵 “Kentucky…nah nah nah nah, nah nah, nah nah, Kentucky” 🎵 😂 💀
OmG idk how you can watch and like something/someone on TH-cam SO MUCH for SO LONG, and it just slowly disappears from your life without you realizing... Had real hankering for relatable Spanish culture content and immediately thought about Jenny so I started looking up Abuela videos and one came up and said I hadn't seen it in SIX YEARS 🤯 Subbed and turned on notifications, so hopefully it won't be another six years before I get to see all the new content LMAO 🤦♂️ This one had me SOBBIN ROFL, laughing to the top of my lungs at 130am, know my dad's wondering WTF 😆🤣 God this feels like home 😂❤
Como siempre excelente!
😂😂😂😂You NEVER fail to make me laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤
This needs to be a show. I would watch
Holy crap I'm dead now. Thanks.
Ni "good afternoon", ni ningún "hello" - But... - No, no, ninguno.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The fact that abuela mistook Can’t Touch This as Kentucky 😂😂😂
Abuela knows when you're grilling something.
Frigidaire 😂 New for me, but hilarious!
"Refri" is the easy way
Pobre abuela 😂
Ooooooh. If I ever talked to my abuela with attitude like that, I would not be here.
In Puerto Rico, some people say "cornfléi" even if the cereal isn't corn flakes. But it's Laritza criticizing her Abuela for mispronouncing Frigidaire and Vaporub what wins the prize for me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I LOVE THIS!!! So relatable bro ❤❤
The best !!!!!!!!! Thank you for the smiles and laughs! I needed this
Instead of cornflake it was cheerio for us 😅
And for me it was Zucaritas or Cornfleis, but also "cereal"
Oh I love this relationship! How you can throw shade at each other & not be thrown out of the room by flying chanclas!😅😃
Benditas sean las abuelas que mantienen viva nuestra herencia hispánica! Y nuestro maravilloso idioma el español.
When Pilar (Castellana) and I (Irish-American) married I knew there was a quick short cut to winning over her family...speak Spanish to Abuela. She loved me for it, even if I was clumsy.
Wow... Esto fue de otro nivel. Estuvo excelente. 10+
You always have very entertaining and funny videos, reminds me of Mama’s family
This was hilarious!!!!!!
This is awesome ❤❤❤❤❤
OMG! That was so freaking hilarious, especially the "Kentucky" song! LMAO 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You so crazy!!
My Wella (RIP) would smack me on the back of the head when I spoke English in her home in Puerto Rico. LOL! Miss you Wella!!!
From Malaysia here, my siblings and I call every cereal konflek because my mom call every cereal konflek 🤣
Kentucky na nah nah Naha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Now Ill never see my jar of vaporo the same again!
AHHHHHHH. I died when you mentioned vivaporú. I never noticed how it sounded like that.
Lol so true, abuela es correcto!😂
Yennyyy...!! 😆😅😂🤣
That's me Cuban Spanglish 😂
My parents called the refrigerator "Fridgeadaire"
How many creators leave you smiling for more than 10 minutes after the video’s over?
😂😂😂 as usual, and ty for assisting with my spanish 😆
spot onnn,
Im shocked Abuela didnt give Laritza the Country Crock butter bucket when Laritza said she was hungry.
I’ve learned more Spanish from my grandma and mom as an adult than I did as a kid 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I like this video!
The “Kentucky” song was so good. 🤣🤣
Spanglish, ese momento when you start a pensar en dos idiomas at the same tiempo
I just couldn't stop laughing after the 'KENTUCKY nah nah nah nah nah nah nah KENTUCKY'
Now whenever I hear that Whitney Houston song the lyrics will forever be "Abuela knows🎶!"😂
Lol, My aunt will called a refrigerator a Frigid-aire. More common than I thought. 😊
Vicks! How mi mama tried to fix my asthma for years 😂
🎶 Abuela knows that you're grilling some meat... 🥩 🎶
