I’ve been stuck in a plateau for months now and every session kills me a little on the inside when I look back and realize that I’ve landed nothing new even after hours of tweaking tech and drills. Full shuriken hyperhook has been on my radar for a little while and I’ve been trying and getting really close for a little while but it’s still frustrating. Your words near the end of this video were much needed. Thank you for your mental healing. You have no idea how much it helps people like me

You gotta be really good at ch7double. Then you just kick hard and push the left foot down to ground. Shouldn't need a tutorial for that. Just practice.

I think this is an example of my progression line, but that was still a pretty amazing tutorial:
cheat 7 double + swing 720 + a lot of practice and dedication = Shuriken cutter

Seen alot of ACL tears doing the shuriken cutter turbo, how does one prevent the injury? Has it got something to do with how one lands?
Don't do it to turbo would be my main piece of advice. Progress towards this in a safe and slow manner. Don't attempt tricks before you feel ready for them.
