    DaVinci Resolve has a free alternative as well, but there is a slight learning curve. But Capcut does seem more than capable and user friendly/intuitive UI. Great video as usual!

    I've gone to the paid version for the expanded music options. I usually make a custom video for my client then use one of their Reel templates for personal advertising.

    I’ve been using CapCut on my phone and just decided to start using desktop. Helpful info on where all the tools are on the desktop version. Speed ramping was helpful too. Thank you!

    I love Davinci Resolve, but they need to take note of things like the speed ramp curve presets.

    I've been using Capcut desktop for a quite a while now. Simple for edits and converting a landscape to portrait orientation video. Really wish they would offer some better real estate focused (or less gimmicky) titles and lower thirds. Also selecting a particular font can be a nightmare if you want to match branding. They few times I absolutely needed to match branding, I've made the video and then exported to FCPX to add titles, agent intros etc.

      @InsideRealEstatePhotography  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ah that’s frustrating. Haven’t messed too much with the titles yet!

    Solid video! do you use any ND filters or Polerized filters for your drone shots?

    Hey Mike .. If you import a bunch of clips into CapCut ... How can you tell what The frame rate is on individual clips? PPro it's super easy to look up clip info, I can't find it in CapCut thanks!

    Is there a general rule of thumb regarding total time of video? 30sec clips? 1min?

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography
      @InsideRealEstatePhotography  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Nope! Not unless you are doing it for a reel or something that needs to be under 60 seconds or something.

    Love your vids... Been a Realtor for 10 years and am now getting into Real Estate Photography. One thing I didn't factor in when buying my camera equipment was having to apparently also buy a new computer that has the capable RAM necessary for editing with Photoshop and Lightroom without getting bogged down. What would you recommend?.. I'm hearing 16GB minimum, someone else said 64GB is best and almost necessary... After spending almost $4000 in cam equipment I'm want to get something good but not overkill because this is getting expensive fast. Thanks in advance.

      Thanks! Mine has 32GB ram. I would recommend a Mac because that’s what I use and am most familiar with. I went to apple in 2002 and never looked back as they really cater to this sort of work. I was able edit everything pretty well without much of a issue even on a base model M1 MacBook Air. I made a vid on it if you want to check it out: th-cam.com/video/DVVn7EAwVV0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Qi2kBPCpTnnWymi0

    I'm using my iPhone 14 pro max and Sony A7iii recording in 4K 30FPS. I'd like to give my videos that cinematic dreamy look. I understand that I need to slow down the video to 80% speed in order to achieve 24p speed, but how should I export it for a smooth Instagram reel? 24 or 30fps? Do you recommend any additional settings like smooth slow motion, motion blur and etc?
    Thanks!

    Started working for a real estate company full time, thanks for your job, i watched a lot of your videos. anyway, my CEO wants to buy a better camera for video with a good HDR. i shoot everything in normal profile and dont waste time in color corrections.. what camera do you recomend? i thought going to r6 mark II because he wants a nice camera for videos in the interior, and now i'm using iphone 12 pro with a gimbal and for photos we have 600d + 10-18mm from canon. is r6 II with 15-35 f2.8 good or too much for real estate? any other cameras like sony are welcome.

    • @InsideRealEstatePhotography
      @InsideRealEstatePhotography  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s definitely not too much for real estate. I’m a Sony guy though so My number 1 suggestion is a Sony a7siii. Best all around camera for real estate photo and video. Video capabilities outstrip the r6.

      and is the HDR nice without editing? because i know iphones does it nice because of the software..@@InsideRealEstatePhotographyme and my college like canon, so i will check sony but i want a suggestion for canon as well pls unless sony is much better in video with HDR..
