    Brasil here: Sanskrit was my lifebuoy, I was adrift and drowning. The world has thirsty of the Devi energy, the feminine was trampled down in the last decades, and know things need balance. We women need to see the dear sister in every woman we meet. Thank you so much for this opportunity to hear and see this fantastic video. Namaste.

      Yes, I feel what you feel sister!
      I think many of us older women, who have experienced our era of the naive young maiden in a male dominated society, are being called home to the divine sacred feminine true self... To reflect upon how we have expressed & experienced our own sexuality and to help younger women of today, to return to their sacred feminine BEFORE they get older & beyond child-bearing years.
      We're at the point in society where it's okay for women to be almost naked whilst the men remain clothed & protected, while our bodies are open & exposed to all the creeps to feast upon.
      We need to reconnect to our divine feminine selves so much
      😢🙏🏻💖🕊️

    What a beautiful conversation between two clearly ancient souls, esp the bit on the feminine chants to the Devi, who unravels and consumes and sucks you into Her field. She is indeed Shakti, Kali, the one who saves and kills, and saves by killing.
    A truly beautiful conversation 🙏

    Gabriellla's love towards Sanskrit is an inspiration to all. Devi upasana requires more intent and intense to practice. Feminine Energy is more dense and concentrated. For an easy explanation, it is like Potential energy, a dam full of water, when we see the surface water is still but when dam broke then we see the intense of this energy with lot of force in the form of Kinetic energy. It is in incorrect to say Feminine energy is to females. Every human have these two forms of energy transform from one form to another. The kundalini is a form of feminine energy that present in every human being. For laymen and women, these energies were depicted in the form of Artha Nareeswara where both energies in the form of Shakthi and Shiva were present. Great interview.

    In school days Sanskrit was just a subject for us. The successive Indian goverments after independence remained totally indifferent to the importance & profundity of this age-old language. My association with this Language of Gods remained only upto highschool level only. At the age of 60 now I yearn if I could carry it on for some more time.

    My take on Mother or Devi Chanting. A mother or Devi is all about improving you to a higher level. Just as our mothers try to teach us to equip us with skills or knowledge to live better. Mother nature or Feminine energy always tries to improve us and nudge us to change.
    Vishnu (space) and Shiva(time) may be considered as masculine chants just for understanding. These chants are not actively trying to change us. They are filling up the gaps in energy frequencies we lack for a more balanced living. Hence we feel less intense and relaxed.
    Hence soldiers going to war pray to Mother Bhavani for that energy to fight.
    🤔😎🤠

    Dave Broccoli Salem. Your voice while chanting travels deeply into the subconscious. The only other chanter that does deeper is Paramahansa Yogananda. You are a very fortunate person to be exposed to Sanskrit so early in your life. God Bless.

    I started gravitating towards chanting. What was and still is the most difficult thing in my experience with it, is a feeling of neither the society I live in in a larger sense nor my direct surroundings are welcoming towards chanting. I aprreciate this interview, Gaiea brought chanting nearer to me than anything before.

    great interview. I always wonder about this and haven't found a definitive answer to this question in my mind: does chanting sankskrit slokas or mantras have the same effect as just listening with full attention, say an audio of someone like Gaia chanting or some well rendited chanting of Sanskrit? Obviously, chanting has more benefits to the chanter than to the listener or even the surroundings but if someone gets absorbed in listening with rapt attention for hours, would that be same as chanting yourself?

    • @venaramphal
      @venaramphal  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Try it out and let us know what you discover. If you can feel the vibrations of the sound through listening then I think the benefits could be similar to actually chanting (but maybe not exactly the same)

    • @devotionalstories3731
      @devotionalstories3731 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Nice question
      Listening to Sanskrit mantra is termed shravan which is one of 9 forms of devotion.
      Reciting a mantra is shravan as well as vachan.
      If you listen carefully its shravan+ manan+ chintan+ atmanivedan
      But if you face difficulty concentrating on somebody's voice, practice chanting mantra by yourself.
      However pronouncing Sanskrit mantra might be tough as it needs practice and good command over the language. In that case it is good to listen to leaders with elocution power and Gabriella is no doubt one such star.
      So proud to see the impact of Sanskrit on the global realm.🎉🎉

    The so-called Christian nations are the most enlightened and progressive...but in spite of their religion, not because of it. The Church has opposed every innovation and discovery from the day of Galileo down to our own time, when the use of anesthetic in childbirth was regarded as a sin because it avoided the biblical curse pronounced against Eve. And every step in astronomy and geology ever taken has been opposed by bigotry and superstition. The Greeks surpassed us in artistic culture and in architecture five hundred years before Christian religion was born.

      I think the “Christian-nations” are the least spiritually enlightened, hence why so many seekers look to the East.
