Your garden is so beautiful! I love all the different crop combinations, it makes the whole place feel so dynamic. One thing that I found is helpful for drying herbs is to use rubber bands to bundle them instead of string, because they shrink as they dry and may fall out of the string. Learned that one the hard way 😂

I water twice a day (early morning and at night) with drip irrigation pipes but once in a while I water it by hand because I feel it helps to keep the moisture longer in the soil. Having almost everything covered by the plants also help with that :)

I live with my family in Uruguay ( swedish ) and we live in a farm familiar landscape as you and we started planting last year, has been our dream for many years and now we are here....some videos I studdied many times haha....thank you sooo much for all you do and teach! May I ask how you manage watering the garden in the hot and dry summer months? Are this drip irrigation pipes? Do you use ground water? Just curious 😊
