Dr. Caroline Tait: Building Equity and Inclusion in ODT for Indigenous People

Caroline Tait is Métis from MacDowall, Saskatchewan. She is trained as a medical anthropologist with research interests in addressing Indigenous health inequities and advancing social justice. Her area of expertise is in the health and wellness of Indigenous people in Canada.
Within ODT, Caroline focuses on health inequities experienced by Indigenous people that contribute to end-stage organ failure. She is a professor at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Social Work.
