The chemistry between Gordon and Dallas feels exactly how I thought the relationship between Aang and Zuko would be after the events of the 3rd book of the animation. Like those enemies that managed to get through their differences, and now are very good friends. I hope we get to see the evolution of their relationship in next seasons (that I hope we get).
I used not to like Dallas as cast for Zuko, because he looks different than what I expect Zuko to look like.. but damn he owns the role! Now he is one of my favorite actors in the life action series.. Not only his acting skill, but also his martial art moves.. and his voice! Quite resembles Zuko animation! ❤❤❤

Yeah but I think for S2 (ifi ts green lit) the kids probably also needs more acting workshops to enhance their acting more instead of just a stunt bootcamp. Although Gordon probably might need more time since he's going to bend 3 elements on S2
It's not the acting, they need a better script and a director who understands the characters, they did as good as possible with the weird dialogue and excessive exposition
