He was just 12 when they did s1 so he can def improve more as an actor. For Kia, everyone who watched her on Anne with an E would know how great her acting is.
i have no hate on the actors and actresses... although the have potential the showrunners did dirty to them with horrible writing and acting guidance... it is so painful to witness, I just wish I could unsee the live action... there's no wow-factor... no emotion... no chemistry... nothing that can make it memorable like the og show... it's astoundingly depressing, becuase i can't unsee this abomination... Gyatso, the greatest airbender in the world, didn't even put up a fight that lasted more than ten seconds... In the original show, Gyatso was surrounded by the bodies of almost a platoon of firebenders... Bumi is portrayed as a salty, dumb old man who blames his 12-year-old friend (a literal child) for running away instead of a nutty yet very wise and understanding old friend who gives guidance to Aang to be a better Avatar... Katara is supposed to be the most mature of the group, very headstrong, brave, and sturdy like a rock. Yet she's also caring and maternalistic, like a mother. She's a very remarkable female character who has faith in everyone and never refuses to turn her back on people who need her. I say everybody should have a sister or even a mother like Katara. That is how brilliant Katara's character is. Not a submissive little sister who needs to be looked after by her big brother, like how they portrayed her in the Netflix Live Action. Airbending seemed okay, but a lot more improvement is needed to show the full potential of airbending (not good enough). Earthbending doesn't have any solid martial art choreography and stance that makes it look like Earthbending. It just looks like people using telekinesis to chuck rocks at each other, like Magneto in X-men. Appa should have more character, as he's a very important member of the team that carries the whole gang on his back throughout the entire show. By the way, I didn't know Momo died because I didn't care to watch more episodes of Netflix's Live Action bullcrap... I am actually fuming at the showrunners right now 😠👿
@@thetravelingteacher1001 and you don't have the mental capacity to realize that it is just not good enough to be considered a decent show... If we settle for a mediocre performance... They will keep giving us mediocre performance...
I agree with you when talking about episodes 1-4, but after episode 5 the live action is almost better than the original. Momo didn't die, Sokka and Yue saved him. I'm a fan of Avatar since 2007 and have watched it more than 5 times, I assure you episodes 5-8 of Netflix' Avatar is a masterpiece imo and they couldn't have done it better (except some minor details). The original creators worked on episodes 5 and 6, I believe, and it's so worth watching. Episodes 1-4 on the other hand are meh just like you said.
Momo doesn't die because Yue saves him (? In this live action as for the rest, it is alright you have the right to an opinion. Let's hope it gets better next season because I really liked the show, it just need to take criticism.
@TrabsolWell changes are bound to happen in any live adaptation, and a 1:1 replica of the animated series simply won't do timeline-wise (Look at Gordon, he's growing up so fast! lol). Yeah, maybe they don't wanna be disappointed yet again, but it's also not fair for them to hate on the cast considering these are teens/young actors, and for some of them, this is their first major project.

I am actually fuming at the showrunners right now 😠👿
You must have a sad life 😂
@@thetravelingteacher1001 and you don't have the mental capacity to realize that it is just not good enough to be considered a decent show... If we settle for a mediocre performance... They will keep giving us mediocre performance...
Ah Well you could be a "Tear bender"😂
She looks like a better Azula to me. So far this show is OKAY. Azula is fat and bratty, and Mai is fat too.
their actors have rounded facial structures, bc a lot of Asians do. Also Azula is a little sister, of course she has an attitude
@@itslilyquinn no. You are dumb.
@@LikeABoss1211 Good counter argument.
Terrible acting. Aang and Katara were the worst of the bunch, Sokka was ok-ish, Zuko was ok.
as if you can do a better job 🙄bye hater👋
@Trabsol right? these haters just wanna nitpick on everything.
@@saucybunsss I can't do better, I'm not an actor, they are. Stop it with that stupid logic please! So I can't complain about a doctor who I think has not done his job well because I can't do better? You know that sounds stupid, right?
And no, Jesus.. commenting on their acting does not mean I'm a "hater". WTF, why are you fanatics behaving like rabid cultists?
@Trabsol I agree, they should.
why zuko gay
sokka chill tho
Why should that matter tho 💀
the new live action is shit. i don't care about anyone elses opinion everyone should know you can't make a live action
Ur just biased and a hater
Make your own live action then .
@@mercado4501 I realize that It's hard to make a animated TV show live action because of proportions and what not.
