I Love watching Babs. Her tail swinging from side to side in trot. She seems so relaxed even though you said she was heavy in the hand. You make it all look easy! Love that Babs is an Irish sports horse too. The British Dressage magazine had an ID on the cover this month! You are flying the flag for different breeds with these two beautiful horses. Regarding rings….i wear mine all the time. I clean it in the shower with a nail brush…I have had to have the claws redone and the shank but it lasted 20 years before I had to get some repair work done! Enjoy your ring…it was made to wear…not sit in a jewellery box!
I never wear my engagement ring on the yard, my wedding ring I do as it’s a firmer fit. My mum once lost her ring doing nets, fortunately she found it but that day sticks with me 😂 I wear it out and about everywhere else and in the house! Horses are all looking amazing 🤩 x
I wear my ring everyday! And I subconsciously know it’s there so I hardly ever catch it, I just except it gets really gross, but I clean it with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water on a weekly basis and it does a great job to lift it back up xx
I just wear mine, like you it would never be on if I didn’t and I’d probably loose it! 😂 seems to clean up and sparkle again just fine after a shower haha xx
Well done India, great result with Babs and I'm sure Raisin will settle. You are only newly riding her, so you'll get in the reds soon. Amazing riding on both horses 🎉
I’ve done ele 5 three times now, it’s HARD! Well done, they looked great. My boy is like Rasin, in indoors 👀👀 Really enjoyed your vlog, great mixture of everything 😊
It’s so hard isn’t it! Especially when you’ve got no breaks 😅 We’ve just got to keep getting out there and practicing! Hopefully we can both overcome it 🙏🏼
Congratulations, India, you did so well 🥳 (as did Babs & Raisin). A fantastic foundation to move forward from👏👏. With all you have going on, I wouldn't know which way is up🫣 So, kudos for all you achieved. Some of the elements of the tests looked pretty complex. You looked calm & in control (although you may not have felt it at times) and both horses created beautiful outlines (halts & transitions, I thought looked good, in my untrained eye). For your engagement ring, when I was pregnant I couldn't wear my wedding ring, so I put it on a strong neckchain (you could also add a safety clasp on the chain) - wearing it when with the horses. Or, possibly tape the ring with Micropore tape, again when working with the horses. Just some thoughts. Safe travels🤗
Thank you for your lovely comment as always Anne 🥰 Great suggestion about the micropore tape, I didn’t even think of that! That takes me back to my days when we had to tape our earrings up for sports! It seems like a great idea 🤗
I too just wear my rings, we got mine in platinum since we knew I be would hard on them. I have one of those sonic jewellery cleaners I use for brightening up before Events and my jewellery gave me one of those handy purse soze cleaners looks like a twisty concealer pen you brush on and then has a cleaning brush to scrub Bur good old fashioned windex and tooth brush also works just fine
Engagement ring poll - I take mine off for a few reasons. Keep it clean, don’t want to do anything to make the diamonds loose and fall off, if you get your finger pinched or banged and your finger swells up, the doctors would have to cut your ring off. 😮. I’m just careful all together with mine because it’s a one of a kind and would be frantic if anything happened to it. Just a thought. Indy (sorry I don’t know proper spelling of your name) but your are such a lovely soft rider and I truly enjoy watching you ride ❤
@@marymuys3614 Oh gosh I never knew that about the cutting of the ring 😰 That’s enough for me to hear to want to keep it off 🙈 Thank you so much for the lovely message! ❤️
Hi there i got my ring custom made with the diamond set flush in white gold band with a celtic design either side and has been perfect for my lifestyle with horses not super glam but rather practical and can stay put on my finger😊
Hello ☺️ This is what I was thinking I need to do really! I much prefer wearing my ring when it sparkles, and it definitely doesn’t do that if I wear it on the yard all the time!
I lost two engagement rings and bands ( due to keep taking them off as in addition to riding also a nurse) and then got just a wedding band and lost that so for years now wear nothing.
I used to wear mine every day until I got it trapped in a gate by a horse barging through. Knuckle had never been the same size again! Never wear it now.
Loved this vlog so much! Do you wear any kind of tinted moisturiser? You’re such a natural beauty, inspiring me to wear less makeup 🎀

Love the video guys! Love watching you ride Babs, you make her look so easy and lovely! And of course raisin is gorgeous too!
Thank you very much! 😊 So glad you enjoyed the video. Babs is definitely ‘my’ horse isn’t she ☺️

Great idea with the toothbrush! I did hear fairy liquid is meant to be great to lift them but I think I need the added toothbrush to really help! ✨
great vlog 💖

Love that! I feel so much better knowing that other girls keep theirs on too! I wasn’t sure if I was being careless or not 🥲

Thank you so much! ☺️ I agree that we’re still an early partnership together, so I’m just going to keep building our bond until we get there 🤞🏼

Great tips! I think I need to get a jewellery cleaner and see how I get on with that. I’ve heard great things about them 🙏🏼 Thank you for the advice!

Do you have any tips for keeping your ring sparkling? ☺️
I wear mine all the time, I’ve lost mine due to taking them off, so they basically don’t come off now 😁
Great thinking! I’d hate to lose mine 😬🫣
I wear my engagement ring all the time 👍
Nice to know I’m not alone 🥰
hi! haha im married and i dont wear my wedding ring around my horse, too risky! i just wear my rings at home or when i go out, and of course holidays
Hello ☺️ This is what I was thinking I need to do really! I much prefer wearing my ring when it sparkles, and it definitely doesn’t do that if I wear it on the yard all the time!
Yes true! Plus I wear gloves when I ride and it’s hard to have your ring on. I’d probably knock the diamonds out too by the time I do all the chores
I lost two engagement rings and bands ( due to keep taking them off as in addition to riding also a nurse) and then got just a wedding band and lost that so for years now wear nothing.
Oh gosh that’s sad! I always worry that I’ll lose mine which is why I don’t like taking it off 🙈
Wear it on a strong necklace. It will be with you and you wont have to worry about gloves or grime harming it.
This is a great idea! 💡
I wear gloves
Maybe I need to get some Marigolds for when I wash the horses 😅
Someone I rode with pulled her gloves off and lost a very expensive engagement ring that was never found.
Uh oh 😧
I used to wear mine every day until I got it trapped in a gate by a horse barging through. Knuckle had never been the same size again! Never wear it now.
New fear unlocked! 😳🫣
I dont wear my rings bc i like to keep my fingers
Ouchy 🫣
😍 you riding nice
@ Thank you! ☺️
