Oh, how I've missed you! I worked almost a year caregiving a very difficult, demanding, unhappy 97 year old. I worked 60 hour weeks and finally walked away because it was too much! I am much happier now (the moment I quit!) Back to flosstube❣ And I finally found 3 Bothy high heeled shoes I love❤❤❤
Loved watching you tonight Teresa and as always you look just beautiful. So imagine my delight when I heard that you were stitching one of my French Stocking designs. Your fabric and fiber selections are perfect. Thank you🤗💐
Lovely to see you, your stitching and hear about your life! I understand about being drawing to the smaller designs when you have massive ones on the go. That finish vibe is just amazing!! Good luck with your dancing - I'm sure you will be amazing
Thank you for sharing all your lovely stitching. I hope the dancing goes well. Leotards are not the easiest to alter or get on! I have just experienced the benefits of overpacking, apart from not packing enough sockies, so keep overpacking it can pay off. Enjoy the wedding
Hello, Saw a finished evening in the park at the retreat I just attended in Edmonton in June. Yours is so close it will be gorgeous. Happy stitching Patty
So true story here, Teresa. Was with you on the live stream, bragged that I did 209 stitches at the end of it, I go to start stitching again the following day....all those stitches were wrong, I had to frog it! ROFL!! My other half couldn't understand why I was laughing hysterically while I was ripping them out. Needless to say, I put that livestream back on when I ripped the stitches out and did 235 stitches by the end. I actually like the way a one strand over 32 looks, it'll give it more of that antique type feel to it, I think it'll be beautiful. Love, love, love you, my darling!!
Hey Teresa, love the stitching as always.. my family are from Umbria. It's beautiful there, I was to visit too this summer, but had a knee replacement instead.. maybe next year 😁.. Cheers from Australia 🐨💖
Lovely to catch up with you. I am a firm convert to stitching 1 over 2 on 32 count. I really try to avoid stitching with 2 strands now. I find the coverage is ok - maybe it looks a little more primitive but i don't mind that. Good luck in Blackpool 💃❤
Great video, Teresa, and you got some amazing photos of Italy! I love that bag..didn’t realise it converted to a rucksack, does Ellie’s do the same? Good luck with the dancing and getting into the costume, they sound like the same kind of construction as ice skating dresses. Alternative Reality is going well, suddenly seems loads of progress on it! Enjoy Greece!
Maybe you could do one month where you stitch all the smalls sort of like you have Christmas in July you could do small September where you start and stitch smalls maybe start a small each week of September
Theresa you have had such a huge help in getting me up to speed on cross stitch in he 2020s. I am tackling my first full coverage, a large project, aim big I say tee hee. I notice you have some sort of bobble things holding all the parked threads on your beautiful lady full coverage, the one wearing the big ball gown. What are these called and where in the UK may I purchase? Many thanks
My darling Teresa (made me do it). I am 56 YO and not much taller than you and let me tell you Menopause creates total havoc on the female body! Metabolism is shot... weight gain is a real consequence! AND dear lady, you had a hip replacement! Major kudos to you for dancing after a hip replacement!!! So breathe and love your awesome body - you look fabulous. MEN - dear Lord, HE made men's bodies so much easier. JEEZ Lord, I have questions. I hate packing and always pack to much because I don't know about the weather. Your Chatelaine is gorgeous! Hugs from AZ.
Kreinik threads can be a bit tricky to work with. Always use a single strand of Kreinik, no matter how many threads you're using for the rest of your stitching. Cut shorter lengths and try to maintain slight tension on the thread-don’t pull it, just keep it from knotting up due to its coarse, sparkly texture. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier to manage. I'll try to make a video demonstrating this if I find a project that needs some Kreinik work.
@TeresaLittleStitcher Thank you for your reply it is very helpful. I just love your flosstube videos. Someday I am going to join one of the retreats you go to in the UK. It look so fun.

I found the spools in Amazon, no need to reply. Marvellous things to stop tangling of parked threads.
Glad you found them 😊

Hello I need help o. How to stitch on a full coverage with Kreinik #032. It seems so thick and hard to use. Help

Thank you sweetheart. I love videos. I'm in Michigan USA. someday I want to join a retreat with all of the floss tube friends on U.K.
