Worked it out. The 'Always Use HTTPS' was under Edge Certificates under the SSL/TSS lock tab not on the page it landed on when clicking the lock icon button. The 'Not secure' disappeared. It didn't display HTTPS but when I copied and pasted the url into a new tab, it showed HTTPS preceding my domain. Cool! Thanks.
Yes. landing page is updated. Must use as directed on the comment above. Also I spent a few minutes thinking why my url isn't secure and come to findout that I updated the nameservers of my other website. Had to re-adjust. But it worked in the end.

I am having a problem after following all steps you provided even my website is not working. And it says::: This page isn't working and I didn't get the SSL security yet....
Pls check 4:43 if your SSL setting is flexible. My website started working after I changed it back to flexible. If secure is not coming after all these steps, try removing the pictures that are default in template. Sometimes those pictures are not secure links and hence it will show your site not secure. Pls subscribe to my TH-cam channel FENTL if this helps.
just remove existing nameservers and add cloudflare nameservers. if you follow exactly like the video you won't find any issues. i just did this in my website and it worked like a charm
after you click on the lock make sure you are on the Edge Certificate tab to get to Always Https: make sure it is turned on, then refresh your website browser
