I am totally opposite. currently I am preparing for Neet ug and because my exams are nearby, I only take 5-6 hours of sleep. because I constantly studying all day when I go to bed around 12 o clock i sleep instantly coz I was so damn tired. my brain and body just gave up. and i fall asleep.
Don't act cool... kiddo.. when I was preparing.now in NRH ..there was no social media hype..we never used to waste time on social media..try to avoid wasting time in other things rather than sleep!
Im also a neet ug aspirant but i manage to sleep for atleast 7hrs Because my brain doesn't work when i revise or whatsoever if my sleep is not proper So I believe that efficiency is more important than the time input

Personally experienced this quitting binge eating and a bit of exercise everyday helped me out of this
High sodium (NaCl) diet for few days 👍
Maybe try visiting a therapist. Anxiety often causes this.
