Toby knows damn well he MUST end chapter 4 before 2024, because longer game takes less fans are left, and he basically cant maku much without selling game, they CAN make game before 2024, and i believe it, because they are giving all they got to it, otherwise them releasing it on 2025 will reduce amount of hype and selling they are gonna make
