I love that light system. I'll definitely be getting those lights. I've been diagnosed with cancer. I decided not to die. I'm getting a kayak this week and going fishing instead.
Same here! After diagnosis and treatment, my cancer is in remission. However, at the time of diagnosis, I told my family if I was going to die, I am getting a fishing kayak and fish until I die!
@@paules0099 in my opinion at least in my case I'm winning because of attitude and prayers. And of course the Mayo Clinic being at the top of their game. I got my kayak yesterday. Now it's time to do modifications to make it my own.
Brand new to the Yak community, this would be awesome to get me out in the early morning and late nights. Super excited for warmer weather to spends some serious time on the water! Thanks for your info
This system makes a lot of common sense with the remote and lights. If it had a T track setup for the stern pole so it could be placed and removed easily then it would be the “bomb”. But I’m sure it can be adapted to it and regardless it’s the first really solid kit that makes sense. A definite contender to add to the new yak.
These led lights are awesome. I have the red and green light mounted on front of my yak. Those kits are awesome. The remote is perfect addition for turning the lights off while out on the water
I have one of the micro lights. I like the ability to have a remote with these new ones. I hope they end up selling a solid green and a solid red light that can use the remote. I like having one light on each side of the boat.
Also love guardian angel is bad ass I work in heavy highway road construction and alot of us use GA lights on night jobs in construction zones on the interstate. They have saved countless lives,
Thank you for all the great videos. I just recently found your channel when looking for rooftop tents. I am an avid Yaker and camper, and it's great to see your highlighted items. I am a retired police chief, so I have seen these lights in the field. I have been looking for a good set of lights for night yaking, and these look great. I'm not sure if I can wait for your drawing or if I will have to purchase them online. We'll I guess I can give them to the wife if I win. Please keep the videos coming. I appreciate them. Have a great night. Thank you.
I went and look up about what is says for kayak stern light and this is what I found. If you mount a light on your deck, its height must be such that it is visible from 360° across the arc of the horizon, unobstructed by any physical component of your kayak or canoe (i.e. taller than your seat back, crate, mounts, etc.).
I seen the same add a couple years ago. Those guardian angel lights work awesome extremely durable. I have one of them on my kayak and I have definitely be getting this for my kayak. Good video.
I always go night fishing and am always the only kayaker out there with boats. I have the navigation light without the remote. That remote will come in handy
So what you're saying is we owe this kayak light set up because of you reaching out. Thank you. I will be using your code. Thanks again, another great video. 👊😎👍
I used the guardian angel lights following your TH-cam installation videos. They work great. It would very neat to upgrade with a remote, aft light, and all the hardware.
This is exactly the product I’ve been looking for to add nav to my kayak without drilling and running wires. Hopefully there is a good runtime as well.
These would be really nice to have but the improvement I would suggest is for the taller rear mount they would make the mount base interchangeable with the current option or a track mount option since so many of us have tracks already installed on our kayaks.
I watch a several kayak fishing TH-cam channels but this is definitely my go to for kayak customization and rigging. The amount of detail you go into is above and beyond. Thank you
I already have a set from watching your previous video. It would cool to have a updated set to take my kayak to another level. The remote is what I wanted on my previous set.
I just received my new Oldtown Sportsman autopilot and in the process of rigging it up and came across your video. these lights would make a great addition for my Kayak, Thx for sharing your video.
I'm new to kayaking, bought a used Lost Creek pedal kayak. Still setting it up, because the previous owner had a mimKota Jimmy rigged on a 2×4 off to the side, which required the rudder to be removed so the pedal system couldn't be used. So I'm having to get parts and materials, and I don't have a covered or indoor workspace, and it's still wet and cold here in the PNW. I Want lights, but I don't want alkaline battery powered and I haven't decided on what kind of powered equipment I want yet. I've looked at these. As you said it would be inconvenient or impossible to turn off later in the day. This now solves my issue and would love them.
I am just getting into kayak fishing my first Kayak is acc going to be delivered tomarrow this would be really cool. I'm going to put nav lights on no matter what but after dumping a couple grand on the boat and other gear this would be great to win. Love the videos rock on
That remote is a game changer. With a Hobie PA 14, getting to the front or back on the water has its challenges. This is an awesome deal. Love the videos 🎣
I think I just found the lights for my kayak Thank you for rigging up your kayak the way you have it is really nice to see some with similar preferences as I do my girlfriend says that I just copy everything that you have on yours 😂😂😂😂
Those would be awesome to have no doubt. Didn’t hear it if you covered it in the video or not but where would you mount the light if like you have the trolling motor on the front? Thanks for the chance
Thank you so much for showing these lights for our kayaks. I have been looking at nav lights for my kayak. I haven't been fishing before or after dark as I didn't wanna drill and wire lights on my kayak. These would be absolutely wonderful for my kayak. Would LOVE to win these but if not selected, I will have to look into saving up to purchase these.
I’ve been eyeing these for a while! I bought an older version of the red/green but it actually arrived broken (the lanyard connector piece) & I sent it back. The remote is definitely a gamechanger.
This is great! I watched your previous GA video but didn’t pull the trigger because I couldn’t turn them off. Until now! Super excited about this, just gotta find a way to mount the pole to a T-track. Keep the videos coming!
Love GA for adapting to kayakers, and so quickly too. I bought the original set of micros but they are dead by the end of my 6-7 hr day out on the ocean. I was hoping for a solution to that quickly, and here it is. I was offered the pre-sale on the new release but didn't have the $ yet... here's hoping I can win it before I buy it!
Not going to lie, I just got into tournament fishing and I've been waiting for the Bluetooth version to come out!! Excited to get some of these lights!
As always very informative, this is the reason I have subscribed to KayakUSA. I want me an OldTown Autopilot and I’m definitely going to rewatch all your videos to put mods on it just to help me get a better understanding of how to set up all the different mods. My Pelican Catch 100 does the trick for now but gotta get that OldTown going.
Just recently got in to kayak fishing and still trying to figure out the accessories I like and want. These definitely would be awesome to have. Great content you have, very helpful
I use the GA lights on the roadside working for the DOT. They are awesome, bright and super reliable!!! Would love to have one for my new yak I got this weekend!
New to kayak fishing. So much to learn and I’m starting with the safety aspect first before any of the fun stuff. Started researching lights and found this video. Appreciate the insight you are putting out there and looking forward to your other videos.
I have gotten so many DIY ideas from your channel, I'm in the process of building me and my son both a tournament ready kayak and 90 percent of my ideas came from your channel thanks so much
I been procrastinating on getting lighting for my yak for too long. I think this is the best way to not have to drill in my yak. Looks like a good product.
Great idea! I’ve been looking at how I can add nav/interior lights to my Bonafide. This looks like the way to go. Now I’m thinking I can add interior lights to my dry pod and power them with the same battery as my fish finder.
This is terrific, thanks for the video. I bought a motorised kayak last summer and had bought some velcro lights that were battery operated. I had to get out put them on the boat and only have two hours before they were dead. Thanks for telling me about them and even how to install. So simple ... makes me feel like I can install myself. Guardian Angel here I come!
Man I’ve been following you for years. So glad to see you building your brand and being successful. I remember the video when you first got these lights. I actually built mine and my buddy’s kayak cart because of your videos. Keep up the great work brother!
Thanks for the contents! Took a few of your ideas and added to my trailer and Hobie! Keep up the work and appreciate what you do brother! God bless and have a great day!
My wife and I just bought our first Kayaks about 6 months ago, a pair of Ascend 12T's. I am not afraid to modify them. In fact we took them out stock one time and figured out the mods we wanted to do and most of them were done before the next time we took them out. I have been looking for a light system and these may be them.
Great idea! 56 yrs old and I had the originals from your 1st video but getting in and out was a hassle. These would be perfect for my Bonafide and save me time and energy
This would be a game changer on my Kayak
Congrats!! You won it!!🎉
Congratulations!
I love that light system. I'll definitely be getting those lights. I've been diagnosed with cancer. I decided not to die. I'm getting a kayak this week and going fishing instead.

Really cool set of navigation lights
I work in law enforcement in GA and have been looking into these lights for my old town autopilot 136. Great lights
Brand new to the Yak community, this would be awesome to get me out in the early morning and late nights. Super excited for warmer weather to spends some serious time on the water! Thanks for your info

Love that you gave them an idea and they ran with it. Those lights are cool.

I also have a PA 14 I am trying to rig out, love your channel.

The remote is a total game changer. Win or not I’m excited about this kit! Thanks for the great info
Great cross application and product! Really excited to see what is to come from both GA and Kayak USA
For people getting into kayaking like myself this is great! Thanks as always for the detailed videos.
These lights are the bees knees! Even suggest mounting one on your PFD. We even take several to the hockey games we go to. Score!!

This is a great setup for Kayakers. Gardian Angel is the Best
Thats a awesome lightning setup
I seen the same add a couple years ago. Those guardian angel lights work awesome extremely durable. I have one of them on my kayak and I have definitely be getting this for my kayak. Good video.
Love the lights! They would handy to have. Great videos. My son and I love to watch them. Keep it going!
That's a game changer n easy to use. Get more time on the water no extra weight.
I always go night fishing and am always the only kayaker out there with boats. I have the navigation light without the remote. That remote will come in handy
I’ve been looking at this for awhile. I love the remote option and this will definitely make things easier out on the water
Love the way you modify your accessories want the poles and the light kit.
This is an awesome solution to drilling holes in my yak. Thanks for sharing.
I was just telling my father we need better lights on our kayaks for when we go to Florida flats fishing!! Thanks for the info and the code!
So what you're saying is we owe this kayak light set up because of you reaching out. Thank you. I will be using your code. Thanks again, another great video. 👊😎👍

I have the original kayak kit. This one is a major improvement. Can’t wait to get myself one!
Looks like a great solution for lighting. Thanks for sharing.
I've hardwired my lights. It was a lot of work and holes drilled. Wish I'd seen this!! Great videos. Thanks.
These would be really nice to have but the improvement I would suggest is for the taller rear mount they would make the mount base interchangeable with the current option or a track mount option since so many of us have tracks already installed on our kayaks.

Completely agree !

Definitely would be a game changer. I have no lights at it. Use flashlight awesome job brother.
I just received my new Oldtown Sportsman autopilot and in the process of rigging it up and came across your video. these lights would make a great addition for my Kayak, Thx for sharing your video.

I already have the Guardian Angle green/red mini that works great. I already have a DIY 360 white light I made myself. After 3 years, still works!
I just picked up first Hobie PA 14 360. I don't want to drill any holes, and this a great way to add lights to my kayak.👌🏼

Very smart idea. Hope you come out with some great ideas. Just started to kayak with Heros on the water.
I’d love to add these to my Native kayak. Still setting it up for its first spring fishing trip.
Those would be awesome to have no doubt. Didn’t hear it if you covered it in the video or not but where would you mount the light if like you have the trolling motor on the front? Thanks for the chance

Badass Setup! Those lights are RAD
Thanks T.J. And guardian angel lights. So glad to see support for L.E.O.
The enhancements to the GA lights are really compelling. I may have to invest in them!
Get job! I really enjoy your content. The nav light kit looks like it would work well with my setup. Definitely going to be getting some of those.
Awesome video. Been looking for a good setup for nav lights. This just might be it

I really enjoy your videos! These lights look great, and I will have to get a set for myself!
Thanks T.J. We have been waiting for you to do a video on this kit.
