I like her, and she is very nice, but she is too soft. She needs to work on being a dominant force in the paint, and she's not. Way too many missed layups and soft rebound grabs that get knocked out of her hands. She needs to become more aggressive and physical.

BENCH BENCH BENCH N MORE BENCH!!!!! They need to replace Smith, Wheeler, Wallace, Samuelson, n Berger with quality bench players. Every game we saw late this season the other team had ten times more bench points in the games, CC n Mitchell looked EXHAUSTED, Hull looked looked absolutely gassed in the end of this game. They need to Keep Clark, Mitchell, Boston, Hull, Dantis, n Fagbenle, rebuild around them n then go from there if they have any chance in the future.
Yes I agree with you and I have said it all season long , had Lexie Hull & Kristy Wallace both had 15points or more and been involved more in the offence the Fevers would have won both of these 2 playoffs games , but since the coach is blind and failur she rather want Boston and Mitchell to score more points and not care for the others a chance to score and focus more on the defense ..Boston & Mitchell should have had been more focused on improving their defense and help the fevers be better in defense and let the scoring to other players who are way more better and can make the Fevers a better team to beat... Since that did not happen you saw it they lost both playoff games and did not look good at all..Poor coaching by the CoAch and who is blind and needs to be fired and bring a better Coach who knows his or her players talents from starters to the bench players and it is ok to have the bench players score more points then a starter ...You have to win games that is the bottom line . It's up to the coach to bring up the huge disparity in fouls and FT's taken. 23-9. Yep, 23-9. This points a big finger at the refs - again. Sides doesn't function like a coach. It would bring this to the attention to the league, the refs and the fans and might bring about some change. But Sides just seems to want to be a bench "player" with her comments. She's a cheerleader - not a team leader.
These refs are atrocious. If you aren’t allowed to say they are fixing the game, then they are incompetent. Both equally as bad at a professional level. The NBA has to do something. It starts by people bringing it to everyone’s attention, and being so loud they can’t ignore it. THEN and only then will be addressed/ .

They need to bring in money before they can pay players. This isn’t a charity. Actually… right now it is.
Both teams should have at least 1 game on their home court. Thus, I propose Game #1 at Sun, Game #2 at Fever, and if necessary Game #3 Sun in a 3 game series. The WNBA needs to restructure their playoffs because it's unfair to the lower-ranked team. Also, the lower ranked team doesn't get an opportunity to capalize on the playoff revenue from the game. CC will be well rested because she doesn't have to jump from a 37 game NCAA season to WNBA 40 game season in the 2025 season.

I like the maturity and grace of these ladies in this interview when you consider them getting eliminated. I hope the organization does the right thing and sign Mitchell to a good contract because her financial situation could be so much more in a big market. Even though she wants to be close to her family, her chances of off the court money to help her family is the bigger consideration. The smart thing to do if she stays is to sign for no more than 2 years until the league expansion and the cap increases. The Fever can then offer her real money and keep that backcourt together.

The Fever need to hire an MMA lady to protect Clark. When a knock down or blow to Clark's face occurs this new addition to the team can use her special skills as a diplomat.
The officiating in the WNBA sucks. It wasn't just bad for Caitlin. She just exposed it. The W is lucky I'm not coaching. I would have met a few of those losers in the parking lot, after the game. I think Hank Jr. wrote a song called Attitude Adjustment.
Since Coach Sides publicly said that the hateful fans were bad this year probably MORE should have been explained that Caitlin has had hateful trolls harrassing her since high school and college and all through the WNBA. It was not just her other players for the first time this year being harrassed and how Alyssa Thomas made it sound like it was just Connecticut Sun plays attacked. If this horrible social media problem was going to be addressed tonight there needed to be a well planned out speech to support ALL her Indiana players. After seeing Alyssa Thomas comments tonight that ALL fans of Caitlin Clark's need to leave the WNBA... Coach Sides needed to explain that Caitlin Clark fans are coming from ALL races and ALL religions and from all over the world. They are not just ALL trolls and racist. Plus, there are other players fan bases like Angel's, Swoopes etc that are attacking Caitlin and Iowa and indiana. This is going to snowball after Alyssa Thomas and owner of Washington Mystiques, Angel Reese, Sheryl Swoopes are now starting down the path of making sure that Caitlin Clark fans and Caitlin Clark herself are destroyed. Good people, good families, great children, will be made to feel lumped in with trolls and fake accounts and racists. At the Connecticut first game of the playoffs against Indiana Connecticut did a "First Year Fan of the WNBA 2024 Bandwagon Cam" then put the camera on #22 fans of families and children etc that were at the game and made fun of them until they read it and sat down. So sad if everyone will now think that they were right for years to not watch the WNBA because it is just a mean bully league and they leave and go back to just watching women's college basketball.

Clark, Boston, & Hull should be the only ones of this group still on the roster next season. Everyone else needs to be replaced with 3&D hustle players with length at point guard, forward, and center positions.
There is no particularly good reason not to like Caitlin Clark. And Aliyah Boston comes across wonderfully. I'm not sure why Kelsey isn't in there as she's one of the big 3 and an extremely important player. I get a sense of team with Caitlin and Aliyah and they're grounded to know that they need to improve both their individual games and their team but also that there's a process. As for the noise, well, it's been in sports a long time. Social media just magnifies it and gives a place for the most extreme elements to operate. Fever did just fine this season.
Carrington should have been suspended for the season. Nobody in the league gets fouled like Caitlin does. If anybody has consistently been hit in the face, hit from the side and cheap shotted and knocked down like CC has from behind then who is it? Why hasnt the league ir the refs did anything about this? How about hiring some professional refs during the off season that are consistent and fair? As someone who is new to the WNBA, I am stunned and disgusted at how corrupt and inept the WNBA referees are and how the WNBA leadership turn a blind eye to this. Dijonai Carrington should NOT have been playing in this game or for the rest of the playoff series. My *only* interest in the WNBA is Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever. Now the officials have made sure that their season is over, I won't be watching the WNBA until next season. The question has been put out there, was it fixed, that all depends on how you read the Box Score Numbers and the Bookie numbers, the spread, over & under.
This was the difference between a win or a loss for the Fever, Just as an FYI ESPN closed comments, so I wonder why they would do that.
1) Finding the difference is as simple as looking at how the Refs called the Game after the Fever Tied and in the 4th Qtr - and the difference in the final score can be found here.
2) "Not Physical Team," The Fever had 15 fouls called in game 1, & 20 fouls called in game 2, and 35 fouls called over two games.
"Physical Team," The Sun had 11 fouls called in game 1, & 11 fouls called in game 2, and 22 or 13 (37.1%) fewer fouls called.
3) The refs allowed the Sun to play "Prison Ball Basketball" against Clark, while the refs were giving that special whistle to the "Physical Team," the Sun, and ran up fouls on the Fever 23 to 10- and the Sun got 22 pts for the fouls called compared to 7 for the Fever.
4) Interestingly, the "Physical Team," over 40 league games had 283 fewer fouls called than the "Not Physical Team,"

It's up to the coach to bring up the huge disparity in fouls and FT's taken. 23-9. Yep, 23-9. This points a big finger at the refs - again. Sides doesn't function like a coach. It would bring this to the attention to the league, the refs and the fans and might bring about some change. But Sides just seems to want to be a bench "player" with her comments. She's a cheerleader - not a team leader. Sides never saw the nuances of the game. She should have been all over the refs during the game for the number of fouls being called and NOT being called.
This was a coaching failure. You didn't use your bench and gassed out your guards.

Great season Fever, Horrible refs last night. Had Fever playing 8 on 5. Big moves have to happen this off season. Smith, Katie Lou, Wheeler have to go. Pick up Gabby Williams, Kate Martin and Satou Sabally. Berger must develop into a solid back up PG to rest CC and Kelsey. Fever cannot run for 40 minutes a game with this awful bench. These three addition's can create their own shots and provide desperately needed offensive rebounding and perimeter defense. Lastly, need a big physical post to help AB.

I really think they need a much better coach, and a stronger bench to make real noise in the playoffs.
CC, AB, KM, LH, and TF are the future of this team. I hope they rebuild around that core. Organizational leadership needs a tweak or two. I hope the core players get some well deserved rest and work on their games and their strength and endurance during the off-season. Clark has to be gassed after the last year of play. She's human, after all. This has been a remarkable year for the Fever, and they just need to keep refining things.
Coached should’ve rested Clark n Mitchell the last min hlf the first Qrt and 2nd Qrt. And why have Lexi on the bench almost the whole 2nd Quarter?!
If I were AB, this off-season I would worry about my joints and to make sure it is built for next season, so my workout will include pilates, water exercise for conditioning and strength training, along with a solid diet. I don't want her to lose too much weight or be too muscular strong which may hinder the smoothness of her game, but will maintain the physicality of her game. Im excited to see what new bag she brings to the next season if she loves this game

16:35 I enjoy watching Caitlin and wish and the Fever the best. I also wish she would work on her defense because people easily take her off of the dribble and there are times when she is floating around out there and loses track of where her person is. I also would love to see more hustle recovering after a turnover or a missed shot. I also wish someone would give some love to Kelsey Michell. When she plays well they do well. She also defends the opponents best players and she still works like crazy on offense. Let’s face it folks, some of her shots are every bit as exciting as Caitlin’s.
