I love how most people left this game a while ago, yet this man still puts the dedication in every video he makes and he still racks up a sizeable amount of views. Personally, over the years i have completed and recompleted the game somewhere in the area of 4-5 times, so I am glad that people are still interested in this game, because it is a masterpiece. Man that start reminded me of why this game so good, it's so cool how unique the orcs are and how randomly they can appear. And Talion is so badass especially with the sith eyes you can get at the end of the story.
The first boss was actually a dedication to one of the creators who had died. Someone who worked there had passed away and they actually made an orc Overlord replica of him. I think that's awesome. That's why he looks very different from the others. They actually have a dedication video at the end of the game showing the Oreck and then showing the real person
If it's who I think it is you mean the orc that can randomly save you. If I remember right it was a guy who worked on the soundtrack and died so they made a good orc that carries a lute and can come in to save the player from death but isn't a enemy
Yeah, this is a hacked orc. On pc it's very common to face people with 8 hacked captains and each with two hacked bodyguards on online conquest at 700-800+ attack rating. All of them have all immunities (you can't see all of them because its normally impossible but they are also stealth proof and cannot be vaulted over).
The developers should provide updates to the game! The community is still strong as ever. I played several hours the other day going over my castles and defenses
What makes ShadowMan such a interesting youtuber is that they can somehow pump out hours and hours of the same again and never same to grow tired of it
For those boss you can use a sword called "wrath giver" It's an epic sword that gives you 10 wrath per execution (it also works with wraith flash if you use no elements) It allows you to spam wraith flash against captains like black heart who are immune to executions, get your wrath really fast, kill hard captains easily and extend your wrath so it lasts forever (if you use your abilities "execution" and "wraith flash" correctly) Good luck on those fights in the future and it was a great video👌
A that's exactly how I play, didn't know other people knew about that. But people be slipping on the Epic weapons, armor and cloaks. I have 2 good ones I rarely unequip. Take care 👍

Wow, I thought my Overlord was challenging. This dude is on a whole other level, first lost I ever seen from, but this one is understandable. Only option is seen was doing the stealth attack from your mount.
Probably not even that, since those orcs are programmed by someone and although they appear to have 7 advantages they later have every type of immunity. I found one once that had tons of summoners making my PC almost to crash.
@Le Steveots@Pentadeus I don't know about you, but games that one shot you as a difficulty is not fun. It's rare but I prefer difficulties that increase the enemy quantity and quality. I Love this game, my death count is 11 within 5yrs. Every death was BS, an enemy will have me locked in a move or counter mini-game and other enemies can hit you as this is happening. After being cheated like that 2-3 times I was done with Gravewalker (very hard). I play Nemesis (hard) and use random legendary sets or the Slaughter Tribe set. The Brutal setting is challenging but more fun than Gravewalker. So I rather play that difficulty.
@Le Steveots Did you really read my response? Brutal is the same difficulty as Gravewalker, you just deal the same amount of damage as the enemy. This isn't Dark Souls or Elden Ring which made people use that dumb statement for every game. Which most people use with no context or reason, except for trying to create a gotcha moment. If you can't have a normal conversation with a stranger, instead of taking shots. That's a crappy and ignorant way to go through life.

That was an Epic and super hard fight. I had to face something like the same. Someone had hacked the orcs so they had everything skill wise. I made it to the heart of the fort but got killed in one shot. Well done of getting this orc as low as you did bud.
dude, it was the same with me, i play the game on nemesis difficulty and im at 1k assault rating on all my forts but man, when there is orc immume to everything, with 7+ bonus traits all being epic, necromancer bonus trait and stuff like that its so hard to kill him, the most i did was get them to half hp and then just giving up since it took like 20 minutes to me

This was nowhere near super hard fight. My guy just doesnt really know well how to fight. On brutal diff/gravewalker he would either die instatly (if he would fight the same way) or quickly kill him. On lower diff you lose so much time killing captians, warchiefs etc cuz they have really a lot of health. Its the same on brutal, but you deal increased damage as compensation. I restarted a game and i fed one orc. He was 30 lvls ahead of me +- and i wasnt even halfway finishing my skill tree. He had so many immunities and all it took is to hit me once. After 7 long minutes i finally beat his ass. His name was Gash the Hungry. He literally never killed me. For some reason he kept shaming me lmao.
I think that kind of bosses are programmed by a hacker. The funny thing is that probably you can't recluit that orcs, since they place them in level 81 and with a perk that doesn't allow you to domain them.
@@koreancowboy42 Yea that's true, it would add so many more hours of content if you could keep levelling. Be that as it may, hackers won't let you domain that orcs, since they add them iron will (I don't really remember the name)
Great video. The takedown were stylized and precise. I had a cpt. That couldn't be killed. Although, throwing them off a cliff worked. Except that cliff was a food cart and his weakness was 2ft. Lol
I actually really enjoyed this game, but it took so long for extra stuff to come out, and the ending left a lot to be desired. But besides all of that, the game play and the way the AI interacts with you and the other npc characters are great! The way you can get a nemesis and they continue to improve if you spare them and stuff
Yeah that’s it I’m dl this tomorrow for ps5. I’m not sure if I ever finished properly . I just remember not understanding which dlc to dl got confused n stopped. Maybe gta5 came out or something strong that it was easy to move on I’m not sure
I remembered recently how in the first entry of this series, a fat swordsman orc named Grisha drove me insane by killing me over and over and earning like infinite immunity from basically everything in the process. I shall never forget the joy this game gave me, when I finally chopped off his head. Completed the 2nd entry some years ago but started a new campaign recently because I remembered that severed head :D
I think this particular Orc is based on one of the developers of the Middle Earth, who passed away a few years ago, so it has to be the most OP overlord haha! Good video though!!
Technically your right but not at the same time this orc is using the model for the one that is a tribute to one of the developers the real one is called forthog orc-slayer and he can save you when you are about to die I think that overlord is modded because they regular orcs normally have 1 or 2 weaknesses and they can’t use the forthog model to so I feel 100% certain it’s a mod
@Laeydan Smith agreed with you it's a modded, bc i once made one myself and make him my bodyguard just for fun, but still..this can be considered as lucky modded one. Bc even if its modded you can't get 7747 with all Immunity traits. As far as i remembered.
to see him kill a "Bone-Crusher" orc that's equipped with a Skull cracking hammer, who's also a warmonger, broke my heart. mostly because I'm currently trying to get one and have now been getting orcs that are usually hard for me to get in the past when I actually wanted them. I have 4 necromancers of my own now. and a "Pretender" showed up now (been awhile since one showed up again in my game). I've already made use of his decoys once so far and made a pretender warmonger defender who's a berserker. still no Bone-Crusher or Skull-Cracker that's a warmonger with spiked hammer that's of slim muscle build.
I have no knowledge of this game or how it works, but the level of skill and execution displayed here is amazing! I remember seeing trailers for both *_Shadow of Mordor_* and *_Shadow of War_* . They always looked great and the gameplay made me want to get it. Unfortunately, I was just a middle school kid with no job so I couldn't afford it. My parents used their money to pay bills and take care of financial issues, so it was a no-go. The amount of cool stuff you can do and manage whilst looking badass makes me wanna go out and buy this game now.

And thats why you always use the teleport dodge. Never get vault broken and can always get at least one attack in from behind after using it. There’s a mask which makes it spammable too if you need it.

Best way to kill this boss would be a crit build. Get the crit increase above 20 hit streak and the crit increase when might or wrath is full something and just try to maintain the hit streak.

GG man unlucky tho. Could have used the poison elven light. Also One of the storyline masks gives you no cost for focus for spectral dash and waters of lorien. Basically spamming a button gains lots of might and you become invincible.
2 thing that no more play this game is: the first is that it is too big in GB for my PC, and the second is that there is a hacker who, with a hack, makes an Orc without weakness, and you don't want to lose the fight and you can't get him, the most I managed to do was strip such an orc to 10-20% health, but I didn't beat him.

It's not the animations. But the nemesis system. Just like real world. AI generates new stories within main story based on our gameplay.

Hey been watching these for quite a while :) is there any chance you could do an in depth run through of how to customise the orcs properly? I have looked at a few people do this and it's never very clear
they use a cheat engine in blue stacks, in the real game only with the combat orders or letting yourself get killed so they get upgrades
