There are been a few attempts to match the nemesis system in Mordor. None have really matched it. To be frank none have really matched just how much dept this game had to a degree. You're character truly grows to something powerful in this game and you can feel it. Also watching someone like this play shows it. Powerhouse.
There's been no attempts because Warner Bros patented the nemesis system and will sue the everloving cr*p out of anyone who makes anything vaguely similar before 2035.
I found very interesting the interaction with the orcs lines in this game... They make really good points between life and death or right and wrong... Real cool to see life questions in a game :D I do enjoy to play it too

Me too😂 Hr ran too fast to save his brother but he couldn't make it in time I wish it was a thing in the game like you have a quick time event to stop the interrupter and execut the other in the same time. It would be awesome and heart broking at the same time
I wish they made another game where it used the uruk system and u got to make your own uruk and rise the ranks, it would be pretty cool to start from the bottom and go up.

I love this game except for the fact that enemies could breach Talion’s max level. Why not just use the indomitable feature? It got to a point where my crew was always underleveled and couldn’t match up no matter what I did.
I always loved that because it forced me to exploit my enemies' weaknesses as much as possible and stack the odds in my favor as much as possible. I really felt like I was using every piece of information I had to my advantage. my only problem was having to shame the orc and risk destroying his personality then go fight him again, that was a bit of a pain.
@@deadshr00m54 you can actually disable "worse than death" or change the ability to give you more rewards from death threats. It should reduce the chances of an orc becoming a deranged, and prevents maniacs.
18:36 I never have heard this voice used on any enemy when I played the game, hearing it for the first time in this video made me do a double take. The lad sounds right proper and honestly if they weren't fighting for their life would probably be a chill guy perhaps?

I loved the nemesis and conversion system in this game, Id like to see similar systems used more in other games. Warframe has done a version with their Lich System, but it needs some more elements to it to bring it up to speed!

I got the maximum number of orcs possible in the ps4 cloud (400) and had to finally stop playing only because there was hardly anywhere to go from there. They were all legendary and epic.
I just started a week ago and this is impressive. I'm playing on nemesis difficulty to challenge myself before I move to brutal. It feels a lot like Spider-Man 2017 and Arkham mixed with assassin's Creed mixed with lord of the rings and I absolutely cannot get enough of it. Flying around on a drake truly makes you feel like a Nazgul, the ability to raise the dead is also awesome considering I played a necromancer back when Diablo 2 was still new. I absolutely love this game and the nemesis system, the game truly feels personally tailored to you, you create your own worst enemies and it's absolutely glorious.
I like how the first thing this man does as soon as his allies go down is not finish off the two captains that will clearly die soon but instead waste abilities and attempt to run around them to revive them immediately

I Just bought the game last week. I am really enjoying It. The nemesis system make me waste time Just by killing orcs recruiting them and making them fight each other. I have 60 hours and i am still halfway through the story
That's what I do gives awesome stories for some orcs. I've had one literally come back to life about 5x alrdy. Hes done lost his head twice both arms and 1 leg lmao. and keeps coming back more pissednoff each time by cheating death
You're gonna have a great time. I hope your experience will be similar to mine. Played it all the way through, and then some. Then I didn't touch it for a month, then played it for a month straight. That's what's great about this game. You just keep coming back. And sometimes... so do the Uruks. (If you're reading this Noruk the Crafty pls dont hurt me)
I'd like to point out there is a really cool rare orc missing here. That's not a mod and it's in base game, it's a two faced orc. Sadly I accidentally killed mine when I meant to capture him.

I swear I have to restart the game. I jumped off only to come back to abilities I didn't know I had and enemies I didn't even know I created it was overwhelming. I ended up creating more enemies than allies and the game adapted to me pretty quickly which I get is the point. It's just alot to recall and comeback to. Like I need to relearn everything from the ground up.

When I played the game, the rarest I found was the one single Orc that could summon spiders to battle...I tried to capture him for my army but failed :(
I about fell out of my chair laughing when you were riding that Ologs back and just stabbing him repeatedly. I’ve never seen that before and didn’t know that was possible. The flaming weapon being swung around in panic just made it better.
Any olog that is stunned, broken, or has the 'Clumsy' trait can be mounted (from behind certainly) and ridden around like a bull. Stabbing them makes them swing their mace and hit others. It gets even funnier if you run them into Grog stacks (big rectangles of Grog barrels), walls, or hazards like fire vents/poison geysers/steam vents. Eventually they will throw you off, but it's not hard to do it again, especially a broken/Clumsy Olog.
This game need a PS5 update so bad man. I wanna replay this and Mordor again but on a 120hz panel, 30 FPS literally hurts my eyes. Really hope it’ll happen some day
Yeah lad I like the gameplay your doing and the game itself. Your still playing such an old masterpiece and your dedication is phenomenal, but might I make a suggestion? Try using the skill where you jump off people's heads and chain of shadows. I play the game as well and I noticed you take a lot of damage and sometimes struggle the best combo I've learned is jumping off a grunts head while fighting a captain using chain of shadows on their other warriors (whichever class they use) and than using raise dead to resurrect them to fight for me whilst using a mostly ring wraith build on gear. Idk see if you can make something out of it and if you want post it if not play how you want

It's one of the most underrated games out. Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War are incredible games that I have been playing for years. I actually just finished a playthrough last week. Would high reccomend them

I played through the whole game on gravewalker 2ce, on hard once and normal in the beginning until a certain part then switched to the next hardest thing. Honestly amazing doe, death defying ant that common, unless theres a trick I don't know :P
I got a stitch olog tracker with a harpoon (this is pretty sweet was able to dominate). encountered a tower with a defender shield and decoys but he was unbreakable. Let’s hope the tower comes back lol.
For people still playing the game today, and struggling with all the death-defying orcs online, here's a tip I learnt after several raids with a wrathgiver build: Finish them off with elven light, or with a charged spear strike. Because of their AOE , both options pretty much prevent the death-defying trait (because you're "too far" from them) and kill the orcs immediately, saving you a lot of time and efforts. To help with that, I only use a wrathgiver build, allowing me to consistently use (or spam, really) elven light while the rage (L3 + R3 thingy) is active, for this specific reason, and it CRUSHES high-level online fortresses. A lot of the damage also comes from knocking them prone after using elven light, and then doing the multiple spear swings while they are down, because I've noticed they can get hit TWICE by a single spin in that state, effectively doubling the damage with each strike. Also add the occasional criticals, and the damage quickly gets bonkers. Just make sure to keep up the rage active with elven lights. It's really the only build that has made me think "Ok, NOW I feel like a god of death that can solo an army by himself." Look up some wrathgiver build videos, and enjoy being OP
Mannnnn decapitated didn’t mean shit in the 1st game. I kill 1 guy like 20 times it got so bad I could see him making a beeline for me sometimes other times he’d sneak the hell outta me…MFer even showed up at the showdown at the end as my nemesis.

I have your exact orc. The one with the dual axes and the weird helmet that shoes his eyes and his lower and upper jaw only. It also has the weird half sun looking thing intop. Hes also a slaughter or outlaw i forgot.

this seige would and could have been a lot easier if u had just possed all the orcs u had a chance to posses instead of try to execute them they just kept being death defying and got there health back with all the perks and destroyed your orcs over and over making u have to waste time reviving your orcs instead of capturing points and sorry if I sound pretentious or something this is all coming from a guy who prides himself on the joy he gets from challenging himself by speeding running the most difficult forts I can find

I love that the raid other players mode allows for almost infinite gameplay along with online vendettas
If this would have had more fortresses this would’ve been the best game of all time
At the end of the game there's infinite siege defending missions and of you die during one of them you loose it and have to get back.

@@natanaeljunior2592 siim mano, meus orcs são todos nível 80, raramente encontro orcs acima de 80, os q encontro mato por conta do equipamento, fiz mta vingança online e agora conquista online, perguntei por conta da skin dele com a máscara, só acho q o jogo podia mostrar mais níveis pq vc continua evoluindo depois do 80

Satisfying gameplay bro. I wish they make an even bigger game in this universe which has an even dense nemesis system + multiplayer options that rivals with any other games to that date...
One of the best series to play
I swear I have to restart the game. I jumped off only to come back to abilities I didn't know I had and enemies I didn't even know I created it was overwhelming. I ended up creating more enemies than allies and the game adapted to me pretty quickly which I get is the point. It's just alot to recall and comeback to. Like I need to relearn everything from the ground up.

When I played the game, the rarest I found was the one single Orc that could summon spiders to battle...I tried to capture him for my army but failed :(

I about fell out of my chair laughing when you were riding that Ologs back and just stabbing him repeatedly. I’ve never seen that before and didn’t know that was possible. The flaming weapon being swung around in panic just made it better.
Any olog that is stunned, broken, or has the 'Clumsy' trait can be mounted (from behind certainly) and ridden around like a bull. Stabbing them makes them swing their mace and hit others.
It gets even funnier if you run them into Grog stacks (big rectangles of Grog barrels), walls, or hazards like fire vents/poison geysers/steam vents.
Eventually they will throw you off, but it's not hard to do it again, especially a broken/Clumsy Olog.
I really wish they fps boosted this game on Xbox Series X, 60fps for this and Shadow of Mordor would be amazing
This game need a PS5 update so bad man. I wanna replay this and Mordor again but on a 120hz panel, 30 FPS literally hurts my eyes. Really hope it’ll happen some day
Yeah lad I like the gameplay your doing and the game itself. Your still playing such an old masterpiece and your dedication is phenomenal, but might I make a suggestion? Try using the skill where you jump off people's heads and chain of shadows. I play the game as well and I noticed you take a lot of damage and sometimes struggle the best combo I've learned is jumping off a grunts head while fighting a captain using chain of shadows on their other warriors (whichever class they use) and than using raise dead to resurrect them to fight for me whilst using a mostly ring wraith build on gear. Idk see if you can make something out of it and if you want post it if not play how you want

I have no idea what is going on or what this game was before this but it does look so cinematic.
It's one of the most underrated games out. Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War are incredible games that I have been playing for years. I actually just finished a playthrough last week. Would high reccomend them

I played through the whole game on gravewalker 2ce, on hard once and normal in the beginning until a certain part then switched to the next hardest thing. Honestly amazing doe, death defying ant that common, unless theres a trick I don't know :P

I got a stitch olog tracker with a harpoon (this is pretty sweet was able to dominate). encountered a tower with a defender shield and decoys but he was unbreakable. Let’s hope the tower comes back lol.
Let a decoy kill you and he becomes a captain you can make infinite ones keeping the unbreakable guy alive!

For people still playing the game today, and struggling with all the death-defying orcs online, here's a tip I learnt after several raids with a wrathgiver build: Finish them off with elven light, or with a charged spear strike. Because of their AOE , both options pretty much prevent the death-defying trait (because you're "too far" from them) and kill the orcs immediately, saving you a lot of time and efforts. To help with that, I only use a wrathgiver build, allowing me to consistently use (or spam, really) elven light while the rage (L3 + R3 thingy) is active, for this specific reason, and it CRUSHES high-level online fortresses. A lot of the damage also comes from knocking them prone after using elven light, and then doing the multiple spear swings while they are down, because I've noticed they can get hit TWICE by a single spin in that state, effectively doubling the damage with each strike. Also add the occasional criticals, and the damage quickly gets bonkers. Just make sure to keep up the rage active with elven lights.
It's really the only build that has made me think "Ok, NOW I feel like a god of death that can solo an army by himself."
Look up some wrathgiver build videos, and enjoy being OP

Mannnnn decapitated didn’t mean shit in the 1st game. I kill 1 guy like 20 times it got so bad I could see him making a beeline for me sometimes other times he’d sneak the hell outta me…MFer even showed up at the showdown at the end as my nemesis.

@@j18397 I think i messed up my shadow of Mordor, I didn't really try to kill any of them but ended up dominating every single orc I could find 😂 no one came to kill me or anything so I had no nemesis
I have your exact orc. The one with the dual axes and the weird helmet that shoes his eyes and his lower and upper jaw only. It also has the weird half sun looking thing intop. Hes also a slaughter or outlaw i forgot.

Not necessarily. I think it's just decorations. You can have some really cool and unique looking ones but I don't think it means they better or worse. But I don't know for sure.

this seige would and could have been a lot easier if u had just possed all the orcs u had a chance to posses instead of try to execute them they just kept being death defying and got there health back with all the perks and destroyed your orcs over and over making u have to waste time reviving your orcs instead of capturing points and sorry if I sound pretentious or something this is all coming from a guy who prides himself on the joy he gets from challenging himself by speeding running the most difficult forts I can find
